I show up at 8:36pm and the store closes at 9pm. I ordered a foot long meatball marina and the guy behind the counter says there are no more meatballs they are about to close. Seriously? So I order a foot long turkey, and had to repeat what I wanted on the sandwich 4 times. Not only was he rude but not paying attention. I frequent this location a lot due to business travel, but I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

After ready the reviews I wasn’t expecting much, I mean after all it’s Subway but I was truly impressed by what happened. When I walked through the door I was greeted and the sandwich artist was with a mother and her two kids. He was friendly and professional and even got the little kids to laugh and have a good time. There was only one person as far as I could see at the time I was there but he was quick and efficient. The food was the food. Always consistent but I do love that they had«sourdough» bread as an option and the sriracha mayo!

Taran was very generous and helpful and we appreciate his concern for our food. Give him a raise!!!

The reason I have this place a 3 is the people they just don’t listen to you and rush. There was no one behind me and I specially asked for a sandwich and she made me a salad and instead of apologizing showed me attitude instead.

This location pretty much stands alone when it comes to very poor customer service! We live just a couple of blocks away so we frequent this store. Unfortunately, we have not encountered a friendly smile or a welcoming attitude. The clerks are fast to wrap up your food without asking if you want anything else on it. When you ask for more they act as if you are troubling them. Or they will mumble and tell you no. This place needs a Personality/customer service make over!!!

I like Subway sandwiches but I hate the location of this store. It’s in one of those mix em up mini strip malls that has a Subway, Starbuck’s on the bottom and some kind of mini children’s hospital above it. The problem is the parking lot. It might fit eight cars total on a good day. It’s right at the intersection where the off ramp from highway 85 and Bascom Ave. come together. The store itself only has seating for maybe a dozen people but hardly anyone eats there. I guess that’s what you get when a chain tries to take over the world by putting a store on EVERY corner. There is another larger Subway that’s less than a quarter mile up the road? This place is pretty new and they serve the same food as all the rest but I have to give it a poor rating because of the crappy/dangerous parking lot
