9:15 am on a Saturday morning, I pull up to the drive thru and am greeted by the employee through the speaker. I ask, are you still serving breakfast? He say’s, yes, we are. I tell him, there isn’t a breakfast menu on the board. Silence… So I just order what I had previously had from the breakfast menu near my home. I get the food and start to pull away and I grab my sons food and open it to give him a piece and it has about four pieces of egg and a sprinkle of cheese that isn’t completely melted. Strange because I thought quesadillas were melted cheese. Come on! This place can’t actually think they are providing good service? or food for that matter! I’m emailing corporate also. I love taco bell! So I’ll be returning, but will drive out of my way to avoid this location.

The restaurant was very clean & the staff including the manager were super nice and friendly. The steak quesadilla was tasty and the chicken soft taco was ok. Over all I was satisfied with the visit and quality of the food.

This Taco Bell is awful. They are NEVER open late. They used to advertise online that they were open til 3am and I came at 12:30am THREETIMES and the drive thru sign was on that they were open, but there was no one there! Everytime I try to go to this Taco Bell it is closed. I’ve tried calling the Taco Bell while it’s «open» and the phone is never answered. Do not go here.

These people were rude. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. As soon as I got to the window, they turned the light off and said they would not help me. Jose, the guy who«said» he was the manager, simply said they were closed and turned off the speaker. I had to wait another 10 minutes just to get out of the drive through line. Rude!

A tip for this Taco Bell: Hire people who are alert and put in an ounce of effort. Every time I have come to this location, there have problems. I do not frequent this spot often, but when I do, I always regret it. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and got an unmelted, tasteless mess. They didn’t even melt the cheese ATALL. The tortilla was not even warm. Get a grip you guys, I’m not asking for fine dining but don’t even try to fool me with this disaster. My dogs enjoyed it though. Thanks Taco Bell.

Went by at 8:20am and waited for 5 minutes at the drive through with 6 cars behind me only to be told that they don’t open until 9. There is no signage stating so and corporate recommends that the franchises open at 7 for breakfast. If they aren’t going to be open at a reasonable breakfast hour, don’t bother to offer the product. This is ridiculous! One star because the franchisee needs to pull their head out!

Boo Taco Bell! This Taco Bell says it is open at 7AM for breakfast, but … not today. It seems the San Jose CA Taco Bell establishments were all closed this morning to avoid the breakfast giveaway. Their big marketing strategy«Taco Bell is giving out free breakfast today between 7 and 11 a.m. thanks to Kansas City Royals’ Lorenzo Cain.» turned out to be a scam! At least for this Taco Bell Location.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. I don’t eat fast food at all, but when I do, Taco Bell is my favorite guilty pleasure. But this trip was ridiculous. I felt like the entire staff was rushing me and my order when I was the ONLY car in line! I paid at the first window, which the guy was nice but when I pulled up to the second window they already had my food bagged and opened the window and handed it to me. Right off the bat I noticed my nacho supreme was SIDEWAYS and my quesadilla was smashed at the bottom of the bag. when I got home I noticed they didn’t even give me the second taco supreme I ordered, my nachos were practically smashed, soggy and ruined and my quesadilla wasn’t even cooked. It is a uncooked tortilla with shredded cheese inside(I took pictures) This was a horrible experience. if I wasn’t so hungry I would have driven back and demanded a new meal but for $ 15 …it’s not worth my time. This is completely embarrassing for Taco Bell. I was afraid to even eat the food they gave me because some parts of it were soggy and COLD. On the rare occasion that I do need to go to Taco Bell, I’d rather drive to a different one, or maybe just across the street to Jack in the Box. Who ever was in charge of the food tonight doesn’t deserve their job. Shame on you guys.

We’ve lived near this store and have eaten there — including at its old location down the street — for 25 years. It’s had its ups and downs, but the past 2 years or so it’s seen a lot of downs. The store, for whatever reason, has been unable to train and retain an adequate core of good people. This evening my wife and I went there at dinner time(around 6:15). The drive-through was busy, but the dining area was not. We ordered 4 items, 3 the same, fairly simple. The 4th was also fairly simple, but ordered«without onions». It took a long time — more than 5 minutes. My wife watched, and the person making the food made the one item with onions. So it had to be remade. Of the other 3 items, Double-Decker Tacos, hers and one of mine were terrible. The beans were skimpy and dried out. The outer, «soft», tortilla on mine was crunchier than the inner corn tortilla«hard» shell! The manager did nothing about my wife’s item, and I didn’t bother complaining about mine. I don’t like writing this review. It’s probably the only Unilocal I’ve written with a rating worse than 3 stars. Further, there are some very good people at that store. My wife has had mostly good experiences on weekdays at lunch time, and that shift manager is excellent. For my part, I doubt we’ll be back there at dinner time for a few months. I hope they get a core of good people, but after tonight, I don’t want to be one of the customers helping train them.

I went to the drive thru during happy hour on a Tuesday. The service was inadequate. They gave me my bag of food and didn’t even offer me hot sauce. I had to ask them for it. After I finished my food I looked in my bag for napkins but there wasn’t any! No napkins and no hot sauce. These are like the simplest and basic tasks that anybody could do. There shouldn’t be any excuse why they forgot to ask if I wanted hot sauce or put napkins in my bag if there was nobody else in the drive thru. Needs improvement, Taco Bell!!!

Their breakfast sucks! I’ve been trying to get Biscuit Tacos breakfast for the past 3 weekends in a row, since this is only Taco Bell around but every time I go they don’t have any! They stop serving breakfast at 11am how do you run out on the last hour and a half before breakfast ends 3 weeks in a row!!? Today I went at 9:45 and yep same thing. They don’t have any! That’s my last time trying!

The drive thru is alwayyyyyys long, but I parked and walked in for my first time here, and I had no one in line, quick service, and even beat the two cars that jumped in the line, when we all drove in! Friendly and good service! A pleasant surprise!

I come here if I don’t feel like spending too much on mexican food. When I’m going somewhere for lunch from work or after work, I would go to TacoBell. I just get something simple like a few tacos and beefy burritos. I don’t know why, but it always take a long time to receive my order here. The service is kind of slow, which I don’t have patience for when it comes to fast food.

Now, I’m not really saying I expect Taco Bell to have 5-star food. I mean, it’s Taco Bell. It’s Mexic-ish food, and it has a time and place. However, this particular location has some issues. They seem to have staffing problems. Now, I swear I’ve seen something out there that says Taco Bell starts serving breakfast at 8am. They start at 9am. Most of the time, they don’t bother to turn on their Drive Thru Open sign, and I’ve been there after 9am, and they’re still not open. I guess they didn’t have enough people to show up and get the place going. This morning I got an a.m. crunchwrap(yeah, it’s like a breakfast crack, but it is tasty and serves a purpose). The item was really uneven. I don’t really assume taste is in the hands of the particular location, as it’s usually prepped elsewhere, right? However, the tortilla barely held together, because the sealed side was badly laid out. The ingredients were so uneven, that I had a quarter of the dish with only one ingredient in it, and then it was void of that ingredient in the rest of the the wrap. It was also cold on the edges. Now, I don’t expect a miracle of it being crispy all the way around, but the item was COLD. Ew. One star for the person who actually served me being super chipper, but the rest was just off.

Ordered at the Drive thru, she hurried us to the second window. We wanted to add a taco(since she had rushed us) and the woman said I quote«Really? you are terrible oh did I say that out loud??» All sarcasticly. We said to her face we don’t want anything and drove away. I have had many, many, many problems at this taco bell all including horrible customer service. Never go here, the old drive thur woman is a nasty, mean spirited person.

See the below picture of the FLYINMYTACO. Disgusting! When I went back to tell/show them all she said was«Well, I don’t know how that got there because we don’t have flies in here» and gave me back my $ 4 bucks. It wasn’t like I placed a dead fly in my taco… I bit half way through it then looked down! I couldn’t believe it. Beware of this place unless you like that type of extra protien.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and there’s always a line but the line moves very quickly and they never mess up on my order ever! My husband loves the stuff grilled steak burrito and my daughter refuses to eat a bean and cheese burrito anywhere else but here. Last time I went here a few days ago Dec 3 or 4th the male with dark hair and darker skin at the second window gave me my food told me thank you, have a good night, drive safe, and happy holidays. That really made me feel good and put a smile on my heart and face. He went above and beyond, was very nice and professional! Wish every taco bell or every company I interacted with was more like that! Five stars and a cherry on top! Thank you to the nice guy at the window handing me my food!
