Jennifer Morrow

First of all, I had an appointment the week before with JENA, and I could not make it do to work and I actually called a day ahead of time because I couldn’t make it. Therefore, they re-​schedule me for Tuesday and I told them this was perfect. Then they called me on Friday to confirm and I said I will be there. Then on Tuesday (The day of my appointment) they called me again to confirm and I said yes I will be there. Then Jena calls again and says to come earlier because she didn’t have any clients for that. So I told her I will be there earlier. ONE HOUR before the appointment Liz the receptionist calls again and says that Jena can’t make it because a confusion in her appointment. I had to work that day I had to cancel appointments at work to be able to make to the hair appointment and then they called me an hour before to CANCEL. Not only that when I got upset about the waste of time JENA started talking over me and made the situation worst, she didn’t try to make the situation better.
Very upsetting:
1) They called me like five times to confirm, not once they said about the confusion or tried cancelling.
2) They cancelled ONE HOUR before my appointment, which they could’ve let me know ahead of time.
3) Very disorganized, I wouldn’t trust a place with this type of disorganization.
4) They didn’t try to make things better, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.

I HEART JEN! I first went to her at Baliza because it was near my house. She has a great personality and she knows what she is doing. I have referred many people her way and they are all regulars too. I would follow her all over town to get a great cut. I am very picky about those types of things and once I find someone I like it is forever… or until they move away and I’m left with a fro and a dreaded search for a new stylist! =(

This past month I have received so many compliments on my hair, its unbelievable. And so many people have asked me whom I got it cut from and if they could have the number of that person. And I’m so happy to give them Jennifer’s number cause I know they will like her as much as I do. She is a warm and friendly person.
If you know what style you want she will do it exactly what you have asked for. If you are clueless or need some direction, she is honest and will tell you what she thinks will suit you. I think what she charges is pretty inexpensive, and the quality is great.
I trust her 100% and will go to her for the rest of my life.
