Ruined six of my very best expensive dress shirts. Big hole in each shirt in the exact same spot on all of them. This really sucks. They were brand new and now are ruined.

I still really like this place, it’s a hole in the wall, but the staff is friendly as can be. I brought a pair of white shorts in there last week with just a prayer they could fade the deeply colored stain from sitting on some flowers. It looked like there was no way it would come out. I got them back good as new — I am still baffled as to why the last dry cleaner I went to could never get anything out.

This place use to be called Rose’s, nice friendly little old Vietnamese lady(aka Rose) remembered your name, your number and the fact that I don’t want my shirts starched. 4 stars**** Little old Vietnamese lady(aka Rose) and her husband sell business to Michael. Michael promptly places plaque proclaiming his business as the #1 dry cleaner in Milipitas(but this is Campbell???). — 1 star I did happen to have a pair of pants that I wanted to wear one day and noticed the button had gone missing. Took it to Michael’s at 10:30AM and explained I wanted to wear later that day. They put a new button on at no charge and pants were ready to go at 12:00PM. + 1 star By the third time my Hugo Boss dress shirts go to Michael’s they come back with the buttons frail and cracking from the press. I take the shirt in and after two weeks of trying to locate the same button they tell me they cannot locate it and replace it with an obviously different button. Stupefied I ask how the hell does Hugo Boss have a monopoly on these buttons, but they assure me they’ve looked and looked and these buttons are nowhere to be found. — 3 stars Final tally: 1 star… looks like it’s time to find a new dry cleaner.
