Rawson Custom Cabinets

Rawson Custom Cabinets designed and built the high-​end cabinets for my large kitchen remodel. I am extremely happy with their work. Dennis and his team are talented craftsmen who are able to customize cabinet designs to best fit your wishes. I chose painted cabinets with additional glazing and they look fabulous.
The workshop was quite busy during my project, so there was a long wait time for cabinet production, but their final product was well worth the wait. The cabinets are built and finished at the workshop, so we didn’t have to deal with the smell/​mess of finishing on site. The Rawson installation and finishing crews took several weeks to methodically install the cabinets and then provide final touch up to the cabinets.
At every step, the company paid great attention to detail, exactly what you want for custom cabinets. Clearly, this company takes great pride in their work and the work product reflects this craftsmanship. Customer satisfaction was paramount.

I was doing business with Burman’s for years, they retired 6÷30÷14. At the last minute I had to find an alternative so I scoured the landscape researching everyone and that is when I discovered Rawson’s. As a veteran contractor I was able to weed through the reviews to find the key items I was looking for, plus reading Dennis Rawson’s history of cabinet building made me want to call.
My call was received by Tatiana who not only was patient and friendly, she understood the day-​to-​day operations and scheduling. My clients and I met Dennis at his Campbell showroom and we were really impressed. Dennis had lots of samples in lots of colors, plus with his extensive knowledge of cabinet making, my clients and I were then satisfied we made the right choice.
I did get a tour of the production facility and was impressed by how efficiently set up they are; from ripping, to shaping, to assembly, to finishing. Their painted and stained finished are so crisp and clear, they look awesome!
I just recently installed my clients finished products and they are extremely pleased that they got exactly what they were expecting with quality appeal, construction, and customer service. Thank you Dennis and Tatiana you impressed my client and made me look good. I look forward to many more projects in the future.

Tried to work with this company but they never followed through on ANY promise. Funny too because they had my business, they just needed to follow through. When you say you’re going to send the customer a quote, send them a quote. When you call when you don’t receive a quote and they again say they will send it and the receptionist will call you back to confirm, follow through. They obviously don’t need the business.

This review is about my interactions with them.
I had an artist prepare a keepsake for my nephew’s upcoming nuptials. She made a wood carving that was a little too long. I needed someone to make 2 straight cuts to bring the piece to a desirable length. I started calling around and no one could help me, until I called this place.
Tatyana was super sweet and so helpful. She listen to what I needed and simply didn’t brush me off saying they are a cabinet company and cannot help me. She gave me the address of their Morgan Hill location (factory) and said to go there and they will happily cut the excess wood of the art piece.
When I showed up I wasn’t sure what to expect. Fred, the supervisor, was extremely helpful. He got the job done for me in no time, and didn’t even charge me. Now that’s called customer service.
Just based on my interactions with them, I can totally say that this is a customer centric business. And will definitely earn my business in the future.
