Friendly people and clean place. Very easy to book appointments and this pressure point massage works great on my sore neck and shoulders.

Very poor customer service at front reception. The massage therapist was good. She did not speak a lick of English but used appropriate pressure and was thorough. This is a very different style from a more standardized American massage. If you are shy about your body, this is not the place for you.

Great massage! Clean location and friendly staff. I felt much better after my 60min massage and plan to go there for my next one. Recommended!

I don’t recommend it. I walked out after being advised that I had to pay in full in advance. I’d never been there before, hadn’t received any introduction or explanation of services and payment was demanded. Sorry, I don’t pay for services in advance and I was not advised of this policy when I made the appointment. Service and price is better here:

Visited this place with my boyfriend and we did the couples 60 min massage using a group on. We called the day before to make an appointment and the person who answered didn’t even ask for our names or anything, just phone number.
The next day we got there 10 min early and were immediately greeted by the man in the desk. We told him we had an appointment and he confirmed and asked us how we were going to pay. We showed him the groupon voucher and he did his thing & then escorted us into the massage room. The room was dim and the music playing was very peaceful.
There didn’t seem to be a place to put your belongings so we just put them in the corner.
We each got onto our massage table and a couple minutes later two women came in and began the massage. Over all it was very good. It was the full 60 min and after the massage they waited outside with cups of water for us. When we were about to leave a women in the front desk asked how it was and then in a very rude voice asked if we gave a tip.

Just left our couples massage. If you enjoy rough fast pace massages than you’ll like this place! It wasn’t as relaxing as I’d liked, but my muscles do feel a bit more relaxed.

I’ve taken advantage of their Grand Opening 1 hour body massage for $ 40 more than a few times. The female massage therapists are excellent and can really get the knots out. If youre OK with a more deep tissue massage, you feel good for a longer period of time. I usually ask for Alice, but have had others who are good as well. It’s clean and professional. The front desk is pretty friendly… but I suggest you make an appointment, it seems they get cranky if you don’t.

My boyfriend and I came to this location for a couples massage.
The front desk girl seemed a bit unprofessional, but not rude or anything. We waited about 5 minutes before being escorted to the room. I wish they had little cubbies or something to place our belongings in. We were a little lost as to where we were supposed to put our clothes and shoes at first… til we saw the hooks on the back of the door (it was pretty dark in there). The two women who massaged us walked in and immediately started on our bodies without saying a word, so I didn’t catch either of their names. I love the type of massage they give. It doesn’t exactly feel like a Swedish massage — it seems like they aim to massage pressure points. My person had just the right pressure after I asked her to lighten up. My boyfriend had some issues with his person tickling him. To be fair, he’s incredibly ticklish, but I feel like the massage could’ve been adjusted so that he didn’t feel so tickled. Ladies, try not to wear any make-​up since they massage your face too (it’s awesome). The scalp massage was also very enjoyable.
For the price, I would return to this location. Enjoyable massage that covers areas and pressure points that aren’t normally covered.

Horrible customer service. I came in and asked if I could get a massage if I purchase a Groupon. The receptionist tried to sell me their full price massage saying that Groupon users have to wait at least one day before they can use our Groupons, which is a lie. Then she said the masseuse was not available when I was free. Ended up walking out.

I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had yesterday by a woman named Sasa. She definitely got all my knots out! I would have given 5 stars except for 2 things: the Asian girl at the front desk (wish I’d got her name) was NOT friendly at all. Maybe she was having a bad day but you can always fake a smile for the sake of your business! Second, I’ve always had massage therapists ask me if I have any sensitive areas or body parts I don’t want touched. Sasa did not ask me anything ahead of time, and fully exposed and massaged my bare butt :(Also, her hands got a little too close to my private parts for my comfort. Next time I’ll be sure to specify what I don’t want touched!

I didn’t even go to the place, and I wouldn’t. I called to ask about availability and the woman on the phone was rude – didn’t ask for my name even when I was booking an appointment, and seemed rushed to get me off the phone asap. I’d rather pay more somewhere else for better service.

I have had lots of massages, and I must say for a nice relaxing massage this was one of the best. The rooms are clean and cozy. My wife and I enjoyed our hour massage and we both want to go back as soon as possible. Thank you Spa City… see you soon.

Note you are getting a great deal for what you pay, but I must say I have had better massages elsewhere (but of course I paid over a hundred dollars elsewhere). For a $ 35 – 40 hour massage, this place cannot be beat: D

Worst Massage of my Life! This is the Walmart of Spas.
This place is a joke. It’s cheap and that’s what you get, cheap horrible service. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, don’t book here.
I told my masseuse over 10 times less pressure. He was so ignorant that all my moans, grosns, requests made no difference. At one point, I had to demand please stop. .in a massage? ?? What kind of alternate world is that? ?
I felt like I’d been trampled on by a herd of buffalo’s the next day.
I see why they have you pay up front. Now reading the reviews, I see this is a pattern. These people have no idea how to run a business. These people have no interest in serving the customer. After I was chased down to see if I wanted to leave a tip, the desk associate argued and defended the business. and then asked again, no tip? Um, yes No Tip.
If you’re in for 60 min of being ignored and tortured, sign up right away! !

It depends on your person person; my massage was great however my mother in law walked out of hers 10 min into it because it was so bad and when we paid we alerted the manager and he didn’t offer an apology or any type of question to ask how to improve the experience so we paid and then as we were walking out and he said «no tip?», I was so shocked he would say that after what we told him. It will take alot for me to return
