The absolute worst Starbucks, Ever.
How long does it take to make a Tall Soy Latte with no one in line? 5 minutes. 5 people behind the counter, and no one has a clue.

«Whew girl, no sweetener? That’s hardcore,» replied the cashier to order my order of a large passion tea. Yeah, I thought. .. that’s the only part of me that’s hardcore.
I sometimes end up at this location when I am dropping my kitty at the vet down the street (Cat Hospital — I LOVE them). It has a small parking lot, but I’ve always found a spot. The staff is friendly and effective. There are always a ton of people, so expect to find it difficult to find a spot to sit.
I don’t really go to Starbucks for the coffee, but I do like their teas. If you do like Starbucks, this is a decent location if you find yourself here.

The guy asked at the counter asked how my day was. I responded that I didn’t feel so well, I stayed home sick from work. And hopefully I’ll feel better after my coffee ;) then he said «I hope u feel better too, the drink is on me.» Such a sweet barista and he totally made my day. Customer service is more than doing what your supposed to, but actually making people’s experience better. 5 stars for this guy!

This place deserves 5 stars! I’ve started coming here for almost a year and this is by far my favorite location. The team is always welcoming, on top of things, and love interaction with customers, even at 6 in the morning. They are quick and efficient. They have never given me any trouble with my order and my drinks are always on point.

Love, love Starbucks never had a bad experience at any location. Today was my first, the gentleman that took our order was rude on a whole different level. He was rude from beginning to end of transaction. It felt like there was a level of enjoyment out of how far he could push it. In total shock I had to stick up for myself and ask him why he was being so rude to us. He said it is my type of humor. I can’t believe this guy still has a job here. Has anyone run into this with this barista? This will not tarnish my love for Starbucks, but you will never catch me in this particular establishment again.

I come to this Starbucks a LOT because it is near my work. Perfect location for that afternoon pick me up. Everything is usually great here and everyone is usually super nice. Except… last week… This review is not reflective of all my visits here but only to one visit last week. I ordered half green tea, half berry refresher with berry and lime inclusions, as I usually do. There was some new kid working the bar and when I got my drink it was basically ¾ cup of ice. I really hate being all picky about things, but there was really so much ice, I could have finished the drink before I got to my car. Mind you, I ordered a venti. I waited for him to finish other people’s order before I politely asked him to scoop some ice out and add a little more green tea or something.
Instead of just doing as I asked he kind of sassed back at me. He told me «I just followed the amount of ice for venti. You need ask for light ice next time»… Um excuse me, I’ve been ordering Starbucks drinks long before you even started working at one, I think I am pretty freakin aware of what I want to order and a cup of ice is not it. His attitude annoyed the hell outta me. Girl bye, don’t work in customer service if you like to act like a little diva to everyone who asks you something NICELY.

This is probably my most favorite location, and it’s because of the staff members working here. I usually swing by in the morning, and there’s a kind petite female staff member that always make my drink promptly, and always greet me with a kind smile first thing in the early mornings. The older gentlemen that works on Tuesday morning is very professional and is very welcoming as well.
When I come here in the evenings, the red-​headed gentlemen is soo quick, at times I did not even see him swipe my card. He has wonderful customer service skills, and is always willing to help.
I like starbucks, but I love this location due to the wonderful staff and well-​crafted drinks. This location is quick, and well trained. People are always working hard and not goofing around like other locations. This is the reason why I keep coming back. I hope starbucks treat their employees well, because the staff here deserves it.

I stopped by this Starbucks for a quick Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte while visiting family and they created a great drink for me. Service was excellent. The dining room is skinny and long, but there are plenty of places to sit and relax or open your laptop and catch up on some emails. When I’m back in the area, I’ll hit this place up again.

This Starbucks is by far, is my favorite location. There are 2 individuals who in my opinion make this Starbucks, my go to location and they are Bradley and Isabella. Both of these people, have an amazing attitude/​personality and they both made my experience memorable. I will be returning as a regular to this Starbucks.

The baristas were friendly even early on a national holiday and they were quick too! The line started getting long, but they were still attentive and greeted each customer with great service. That got them the five stars!
I realized I wanted some soy milk too, and they were generous with giving me what I needed. Thanks for a great experience!

I’ve been a casual customer here for about four years. I only go here because my office is within walking distance and it’s my only option. 8 or 9 months ago, I would have given them a solid 4 star rating. However, over the past few months there’s has been a complete turn over of staff. The new staff is awful! Drink quality has gone right down the tubes too. The new staff is unfriendly, uncaring and frankly disinterested in their jobs all together. Nobody greets you, when you walk up to order they just stand there and stare at you until you order. No conversation, No customer service whatsoever. I literally make it a point to stop at another Starbucks before I reach my office now so that I don’t have to go into this location at all.

My favorite starbeezies! The staff is always kind and super friendly! Service with a smile is a given at this location!

Usually this location is awesome. Today I decided to fork out $ 20+ on a new coffee mug. I handed the mug to him as I took it out of its box and asked for pikes peak. He filled it and handed it back. I asked if he rinsed it since I had just took it from the shelf and he said no, rolled his eyes and proceeded to rinse and refill it. I asked if he could please rinse the lid as well for the same reason and he refused. I asked him to watch my mug while I went to the bathroom where people pee to wash my brand new lid. I came back to find my coffee and the empty box sitting on the ready shelf. Maybe it doesn’t seem so shitty, but the guy’s attitude made it a really bad visit. I think I’ll be driving around this location for a while until they get their garbage together.

Decent amount of seating if you’re «drinking in», I usually take my joe to go. Free wi-​fi is nice if you have any surfing to do. I agree with another reviewer, there is one barista that is really friendly and will be more than happy to tell you he makes the best drinks there, however most everyone that works here is pretty friendly and I’ve always gotten my drinks made spot on what I’ve asked for.
Lines and parking can be a challenge since it’s right on Hamilton Ave and in a busy shopping center.

I’m a huge Starbucks lover, but this one is a hit or miss. Some male baristas talk a bit too much over making drinks when it is busier in there. I see drinks being made faster for their regulars while others are waiting for their drinks. The afternoon is when I go to other locations over this one. There are many great workers here, and this location is always clean. The morning crew tends to b quicker.

This is a pretty great Starbucks location. I am definitely a fan of all the baristas, there is one guy who is really funny and goes out of his way to make good drinks. All of the baristas seem friendly and there seems to be a good team effort.
They also have really comfy chairs at this location and usually at least one of them is free to sit in.

Best Starbucks baristas and staff of any I’ve visited (and that’s a lot)! They are hard-​working, get your drinks right and super friendly.
The location is convenient — busy street, close to the freeway. Subway and Sushi in the same strip mall.
The facility is also nice — with four oversized comfortable leather chairs — one large dining room style table.
Parking can be challenging due to the popularity of the strip mall.

This is my favorite Starbucks ever, ever, ever.
The staff is over-​the-​top friendly, very accommodating, and I love seeing their faces each and every morning.

My 200^th Unilocal goes to … Starbucks!
This location can get busy on early morning weekdays however the staff a really great about keeping the line moving and getting their drinks in hand so they can head off to start their day.
This particular Thursday we stopped in to grab some eye opening caffeine before hitting the highway on our way to SD. It was almost 7:30am and there were 6 customers ahead of us. We were through the line and placing my order for a venti non-​fat iced mocha with half the pumps. Done!
Under 3 minutes later I was walking out the door and hitting the road. Cheers!

This one is cozier than most, cleaner than most and spacious though small… meaning the seating area is not crammed together and the big window view while you are contemplating how you will pay your property tax is really comforting! :0. I am not a big Starbucks fan though have played with their stock before but this is one of the nicest little ones around and located very conveniently if you live in Campbell! :)
