One of the best Starbucks I’ve been in. Very quick service. There was a line of customers when I walked in, but my wait was very short. The staff appears to be very efficient and courteous. And my wait for my drinks and food was also very short especially considering how many customers were there. I will probably make this a regular stop for my caffeine fix. Kudos to the staff and management at this location.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Gave this place another a shot after having a bad experience the first time. Huge mistake. Some of the employees are very rude and have snarky attitudes. I don’t think I ever ordered a tall latte only to be filled a little more than half way. I’ll stick to my regular Starbucks, even if place is not even a block away.

My neighborhood Starbucks. I always come here as its really close to my house. This morning, I came in for my usual drip and croissant. The person who took my order was nice and friendly. The girl who took my croissant out of the oven was rude. She took my croissant out, went to the back… came back with a broom and an attitude. Still with my croissant in her hand. Then she realized she still has it in her hand, threw it across the counter and yelled«WARMEDBUTTERCROISSANT!!!» –and hit the lady next to the counter. I picked it up, and called her attention —«don’t toss it, and don’t yell please. We can all hear you». If you’re weir king customer service, no matter how bad your day is(or morning) please be mindful of your manners. I know your name. Fix your attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad encounter with you. Ms. S.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Unfriendly and didn’t make either of my simple drinks correctly. So bummed my weekly treat was a huge disappointment. Won’t be coming to this location again :-(

I am a Starbucks lover & this by far is the WORST one I have tried! The staff is slow & surprisingly rude! No matter what time of the day or day of the week they are out of everything… sugar…flavors…food…they basically are only consistent with black coffee I have tried this Starbucks 3 times, most recently today, and EVERYTIME the drinks have been incorrect, and the staff seemed bothered that we asked that they fix them to be what we ordered & paid for??? This is not a usual Starbucks & I will not try this one again…3 strikes ur out This place gives Starbucks a bad name

First, the drinks have been fine, consistent with other Starbucks. But, the last two times the service was awful. I’m sorry if you hate your job, don’t take it out on me! Geez. From the cashier to the barista, all the employees are just miserable people. It’s a stupid way to staff a business and they have definitely lost mine.

So, they remodeled this place got rid of all of the good seating, and replaced the great staff with a bunch of arrogant people. I dont know how it is possible for the people who are now working there to retain any of the customers they have unless its based on proximity. But since there is now a Starbucks at target I dont have to come here anymore. I ordered a drink that at every other Starbucks I go to in the area is $ 4.15 yet somehow this location charged me $ 4.75, 60 cents isn’t a lot in the scheme of things, but 60 cents a day? I could feed homeless kids in Africa. I couldnt figure out why it was so much, I asked the guy, and he asked if I wanted to get a bigger one,(which makes no sense) or if I wanted to talk to the marketing team. which sure, thats probably a corporate issue and not his, but not really the correct thing to say. Let alone the way he said it. I won’t come back to this location. When a block away drinks are 60 cents cheeper.

Extremely unprofessional employee. Her name must be Kiara or Kara, something like that. I did not notice I was on the wrong side of the line and no one was in line then other people came to line up and she refused to give me service. What bothered me the most is her attitude which was rude and disrespectful. If you want good service please don’t come to this Starbucks.

Walked into the Starbucks store I was immediately greeted. I ordered the caramel macchiato, my drink came out very quick and they are very efficient less than 5 minutes. Their location is on Campbell Avenue and cross street is on Fulton Avenue. They are right next to the Arco gas station and the store is very clean.

This Starbucks is awful. Let me just say that I used to really love it about nine months ago. They had great employees, service was quick, baristas were smiling. I first started disliking the place when my friend and I had ordered our coffee and were standing by the counter(where the coffee comes out when its done) like everyone else. The owner of the store burst out of the back and accused us of loitering and said we needed to leave. What on earth? It was insane. We told her we were waiting for our coffee and she was very embarrassed. It was weird and unnecessary. After that, the friendly and experienced employees all disappeared and they remodeled. I’ve been back a few times since they remodeled and each time was irritating. Some how I always get stuck with the barista Emily making my drinking. The rate at how slow she makes coffee is incredible. I order simple things such as coffee or ice coffee and I’m definitely waiting 15 minutes even when the place is empty. Unacceptable. She also wears tight, small, and see thru tops which I find very unprofessional. Last time I was there she was chatting with a customer she knew for 15 minutes. Meanwhile I was waiting for my coffee(which she wasn’t making because she was just standing there) and there were literally 10 other cups lined up waiting to be made. Never. Going. Back.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks for three years, and normally they’re excellent! the baristas get to know you and are very friendly. historically if I wait a bit longer for a drink or food they give me one of those apology slips that have a free drink offer. today my boyfriend and I waited FIFTEENMINUTES with a very small line. everybody who was after us had been served. I was irked but I figured they’d just missed the order and would apologize. they wrote it off saying there was a long line and didn’t offer a free drink or anything. Makes me sad!!!

Alright I am your ex starbucks/peets employee, so I have patients and know what to expect with customer service on the barista end and customer end. I was at this particular sbux location on Wednesday, and Im not sure if this barista was having a bad day, maybe he just has a bad attitude, I am not really sure, but he was definitely out of line. The last time I checked It is the baristas job to provide a customer experience that makes them want to come back, It doesn’t have to be over the top, but at very minium, «Good Morning, What can I get You?» I had the most annoying and douche bag experience when I went, A gentle man completely gave me attitude that at 740am isn’t really needed. I simply asked for decaf for my daughters coffee and his comment wasn’t «ok sure», it was«and what if I don’t?» Excuse me? uh joking or not, I don’t believe that was an appropriate response. I know sbux customers can be annoying, like I said I get it, I really do! I have respect for the other side of the counter so to get that response was a bit ridiculous. Of course I am sparing the back and fourth word exchange and the name of the barista, but it was a very unpleasant experience. I sadly will come back because this is a sbux close to my daughters school, but if this is the BS customer service I will receive here its not worth my time or money. I feel like this kid was just a long time bitter sbux employee, or was just having a biter day. I have one teenager with teenage attitude I don’t need it from a sbux barista. It really just sucked as an ex sbux employee to receive this kind of back talk, I am not a regular enough to be this cool with the barista. anyways, Starbucks is Starbucks, its hit or miss with customer service. This time it was a miss, and was a lack of professionalism and pure appreciation for a customer that is ultimately putting money toward your pay check.

Modeled in the new Sbux style of dark woods and tile, vaulted ceiling and modern art. My friend was waning from caffeine deficit so we came here after lunch and fueled up. Some interesting people watching and they work efficiently.

I don’t really know how to rate Starbucks because I used to work for them and I genuinely love some of their drinks, but they are very inconsistent. I even worked there when the entire nation had to shut down every starbucks and re-train all the employees. It was a mess. I don’t think they took it seriously because I still find myself ordering extra caramel for some macchiatos and others are perfect the way they are. I’ve decided to stick to my Passion Iced Tea Lemonade with sweetener. You can never go wrong with that! Oh, and I have to admit that I ALWAYS find myself checking out the clearance items :)

I walked over to this Starbucks location while I was getting an oil change and it is very nice location. There are plenty of seats and the tables are covered with pink tablecloths and pink flower arrangements. It is clean and not very crowded during afternoon weekends. I ordered a passion tea apple juice and even though the cashier was confused, the barista was able to make it. It was a good blend of passion tea with apple juice; I enjoy it more compared to passion tea lemonade. The tea was good, the service good, and an overall good experience.

Clean, fast and friendly employees. They have a good number of tables. The coffee here is consistent. Be aware that a lot of the close parking spaces are marked off for the Vet or tutoring center next door.
