I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. As another reviewer pointed out I have ALSO noticed that my sand witches are smaller than six inches every time I order them. Furthermore, the staff is very rude. IF you ask them to do do anything extra they will treat you by yelling at you.

I asked for water cup from the cashier lady ignored me when i asked her where the water button was on the fountain. I kept pressing the ice button by mistake and then gave up and got soda… Thats when she decided to «help» and said u cannot get that dump it out, and i kept asking where to get the water and she repeatedly ignored me until my friend came up to get water herself. Food was fine but lady was kinda rude about it

I will never buy my sandwich again at this location ever. I was requesting something for my sandwich and she just did her way and what pisses me off more i was trying to talk to her and she just keeps on talking instead of listening so i just kept quiet and wait for my sandwich.

This place opens at 8 am every Saturday, it is now 9:36 am and really I’m being told that they don’t have any bread. really? Sandwich place that don’t have any bread. Come on Subway!!!

These people are extremely rude. There does not seem to be any set prices. I have been charged $ 6.12, $ 6.54, $ 6.82 for exactly the same meal. Today they wanted to charge extra when my granddaughter asked for more pickles. Then we were told we could not eat at a table because we said we were going to take it to go. I often work late and pick up sandwiches several times a week from this Subway. Needless to say I will be finding another store to give my business/​money to. I did not intend to give them any stars… hit it by accident then couldn’t remove it.

Avoid this location if possible. I have been here a few times since it is close to my home and I’m disappointed every time. The help is poor, the quality of the good is low. I will most likely never go back.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is horrible. I have tried coming here multiple times to give it another chance but they ALWAYS fail me. The bread NEVER tastes fresh, it’s hard and breaks apart like it’s old. They are so shady when you ask for something on the sandwich, when I ask for veggies I want veggies, 2 banana peppers, 2 jalapenos, a tiny bit of lettuce is not what I want on my sandwich! And when you ask for more they give you a look like are you crazy. I have asked at many Subway locations for a side of tomatoes for my daughter and not one place has EVER told me that it would be extra, but leave it to this Subway to tell us we had to pay extra for a slice of tomato. I can’t remember the ladies name but if I did I would make sure to put it on here so her manager can tell her something. Pathetic if you ask me. That is our last trip to this Subway!

Okay, I’ve gotta change my review here. The staff we used to always see are STILL there, and I’m liking the sandwiches again. Maybe it was a bad time when I went before. Oh well. I’m just glad to love my sammiches again :)

Fast and efficient making my sandwich. I am usually in and out within less than 7 minutes. on the corner of Campbell Ave and San Tomas Aquino Ave.

This is the best Subway, I live 20 minutes south of this location and there are at least 5 other subways I know of and could go to. None of them compare. I work in the plaza so its worth it to come to this specific location.
The staff here is so amazing and offer great customer service, especially the day time crew, Louisa and Fabiola are two of the sweetest most personable employees, and they really make the sandwiches in a thoughtful manner, they don’t just slap everything together.
Also, this location is extremely clean, I constantly see people cleaning and area where they prepare the food has never been dirty, and I have been coming here for at least 1.5 years now. The owner is also very sweet, and you can tell he is a genuinely kind person, he takes good care of his store and employees, everyone looks happy to be there.
Best of all, their ingredients have never been questionable. Everything from the bread/​vegetables/​soup/​etc. everything tastes and looks very fresh. I have never once come here and thought something might have been from a day or two before.
Everything is consistently fresh, clean and the customer service is the best I have ever encountered at a Subway. I will never go to any other location as long as he is the owner. I absolutely recommend this location.

I am a Subway fan. I like the idea of being able to see my sandwich made in front of me with the different options that they offer. This Subway location is my favorite Subway in the area. The women always greet me and I see that they are always friendly to their customers. They smile, are professional and an important detail, are efficient. Lines never take a long time. I see the owner (I believe since Subways are franchised) every so often and he’s a friendly guy. I’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s because of the customer service that I receive. The place is always clean and when the it’s slow, the employees are always working, whether cleaning or restocking their line. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. I highly recommend this Subway.

I even went at a late hour (like right before that close), but they were still alert and attentive.
Over all, a good experience.

Came here on 6−8−14 at approximately 7pm. The lady making my sandwich dropped the knife, picked it up off the ground, walked in the back, rinsed off the knife and then continued making the sandwich. She did NOT change gloves after touching the ground because her gloves were wet when she continued making my sandwich. I confronted her about it, but said she changed gloves in back… even tho I saw her the entire time. f-​ing gross!!! The worst part is we paid for the sandwiches. Never again. I hope the people after me didn’t get floor gu in their lettuce.

I went here to get a couple sandwiches and drinks. The staff was friendly and worked very efficiently. The manager was very friendly and invited me to come back. Overall a great experience.

I wish the help was more friendly. I’ve had a few issues with them not getting my order right but that’s rare. You need to pay attention to what you order and make sure they don’t charge you for extras without you knowing. Otherwise, I’d say its about the same as all the other subways.

This subway does not accept AMX. it’s the only one out of like 20 that I’ve been to that doesn’t. so that sucks.
The food was ok. it wasn’t the greatest quality. I think I ‘ll go to a different subway.

4 Stars because:
–They were the healthier option than Jack In The Box at 9:40pm after post work out.
–All the ingredients were looking really fresh (even at that hour)
–All the staff worked quick, were nice
–The store was clean from what I could see.
–They close at 11pm (midnight on some days)

I just found out today that not all Subway places have the same soup of the day. Some have only one flavor available while others have the soup of the day plus one other kind. Also, they don’t always have the same stuff or deals as other locations. The first location I went to didn’t have any special deals and only one kind of soup, boo! So the next closet one did have what I wanted which was chicken noodle soup-​:) The other location only had broccoli cheddar soup. They also have minestrone soup here to, but I don’t know if they always have it here or not.
This location has a special sandwich deal until 9a. m each day until the end of this month. When you buy one six inch sub, you get the other for free. It’s only until 9a. m though. I’m not sure if you’re able to get any kind though. As for their $ 5.00 foot long commercials, only a few sandwiches are $ 5.00. The rest are regular priced. Also this month, I think that at most locations they have the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on flat bread for $ 5.00.
They are stingy with the vegetables like some people have stated, but that’s not a problem if you tell them to put more vegetables in your sandwich. I got everything on it, and a lot of it on my sandwich except for the black olives and jalapenos. I had to tell the lady there to put more toppings on my sandwich at least three times! It makes the sandwich more filling and healthy. The only other negative thing about Subway is that they no longer have diet Pepsi at most of their locations which sucks-:(The special next month will be the pizza sub. They have pizza at this place to. I’ll have to try that sometime.

Someone gave me a subway card for Christmas… lol. So I stopped by here to pick up a sandwich the other day.
Bottom line is that you can make a much better sandwich at home. Togo’s and Eric’s deli are in general, much better. I had one from the Whole Foods on Almaden/​Blossom Hill and it was pretty good too.
I think the owner is paying minimum wage to either high school students or some ladies that came right over from Mexico. Sorry, my Spanish is not that good as I haven’t practiced in years.
You all know what Subway sandwiches tastes like, so no need to go in depth. In a bind when your short on time and in the area, it’s there if you want a sandwich. (There are a lot of other choices in this area) For added zip, check out some of their sauces at the end of their counter.
At the least, you’ll get some veggies in your diet for the day and it is healthier than your typical fast food grease pits.
