I recently relocated to Northern CA from the LA area in January. I have a chronic low back pain due to a the way my spine is when I was born. Since it will always be there and I have to learn to live with it… I seek ongoing chiropractic care. It took me months to find a chiropractor in the South Bay that was decent. By that time, my back was in serious pain. He recommended I see the massage therapist a couple of times to get on track. The only problem is, I don’t like really like massages for the most. Most massages at spas only make me feel worse and most therapeutic massages, don’t get the job done and are a waste of money. The Chiropractor urged me and I made an appointment. A great part is that the massage is run out of a private area in the chiropractors offices. It was very convenient. I emailed Robert and let him know I wanted an appointment and what my expectations were. I understand that Robert does the relaxing full body massage as well as pinpoint therapeutic type massage. I let him know my exact issues and he got right to it. He incorporated like stretching in some areas that needed it as well. Needless to say, I am back on track and feeling better than ever. My adjustments are setting nicely and my pain is gone for 2 weeks now(I’ve been seeking treatment for 3 weeks). I am moving my appointments from every week to every other 2 weeks now. If you are having back pain or just need a good relaxing hour, give Robert a call(or he’s great with email too).
