I’ve frequented this location a few times over my older years, but not since getting involved more with Unilocal.I’ve always been relatively pleased with Home Depots, in general. This time, I stopped by to see what shower heads they had to offer. Upon passing through the front doors, I was pleasantly greeted by a woman — power to the female fixer-uppers in this world! I’m not one to search and search on my own for a product. My personal motto: If they work there, they should know their establishment.” The lady asked if there was anything she could help with, so I took advantage, and asked away. She pointed met the exact section and aisle. BAM! Get ‘er done. Found the end cap, studied the selection, made a choice, and headed to the register.

Wow! Terrible customer service! My husband and I were in to buy something I saw online. We stopped at the service desk to ask for directions. Three people were huddled around a computer, no one else in line, two made eye contact, and neither of them acknowledged our presence. If you know what you want, it’s not a hard store to navigate, but the people who work there are useless.
