This is a great park with clean picnic areas surrounded by green grass and steps away from a serene lake! The play area is perfect for kids. There are clean swim area with guards on duty during the proper season. Then there is also a great little area for the pooches to go swimming. A little ways down you run into the Canandaigua Lady which is a seasonal boat that does a lunch and dinner ride! I can’t wait to try that! Lots to do and great for scenic moments.

Nice little park with a access to the lake. There are not a lit of places to access the lake but this is one of them. Free parking. Tables to eat at are located along the gravel trails, and if you need to reserve a covered table area there are several available. You can use them without a reservation but if someone with a reservation comes they will kick you out. There are a few sitting benches with backs to overlook the water. If you want to pay to swim, you can access the water here at their pay area. It has lifeguards and is roped off. There are cabanas for shade if you can get one, at no extra charge.
There are some kids play equipment as well for the younger tikes and these are in the free area.
