Have shopped at Aldi’s at this location weekly since they opened and have had occasion to visit several of their other stores in the area(New Hartford, Rome, Syracuse etc.). I find the products and service at this store to be exceptional and have recommended them to many others. It is a «no-frills» operation, but I find this location to be very clean and the employees more than willing to assist. They carry limited product choices, but have yet to find anything not first quality. Their staff does everything from running cash registers, to stocking shelves, to cleaning up, so they may not be as plentiful as in other stores to answer questions, but this combination of limited stock and tight staffing helps to keep the overhead, hence prices down. Also, love the $ 0.25 cart deposit which leads to many less carts left in driving and parking areas to bang into cars and bring my own bags to most stores these days, which is also environmentally responsible.

I have had nothing but great service at this location. The prices are great and the food is on par with the name brand items of the same type. I was impressed that I was able to buy EVERYTHING I needed for Thanksgiving dinner just a few days before Thanksgiving. Any naysayers are simply being too picky and not at all understanding that Aldi workers bust their butts!

I go there for their low prices and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

My boycott of this Aldi has been going pretty well. It’s been over a year now, and all I need to stop myself from succumbing to their siren song of low prices is to recollect the many instances of bad customer service I’ve received therein. The employee attitudes have a delightful range, everything from glassy-eyed indifference to outright rudeness.
