Food is good. I love country diners. Way better than corporate chains. The only knock is that their«omelets» are pretty much toppings scrambled in eggs, folded over. I’m more for the traditional omelette, but hey, it’s still delish. And, with some sausage gravy on top, who cares? Still yummy!

Breakfast was very good and good portions. Prices are very reasonable. The staff was not the friendliest but they got the job done. I would go back.

Wow. Just wow. We just came from the last breakfast buffet of the year, and all I can say is perhaps I ate at a different restaurant than all of these other reviewers. The dining area was filthy, they ran out of everything from danish to coffee, sausage crumbles in the scramble was raw, buscuits and gravy tasted sour, plain scrambled eggs were slimy, and the lids on the bacon and sausage were so greasy you couldn’t pick them up. The only good points were the bathrooms were relatively clean, and the pancakes were delicious.

Breakfast was good. Husband loved his pancakes. This place needs a facelift. The women’s bathroom needs a good scrubbing and renovations. The interior and exterior is very dated and not in a good way. Would come back for the pancakes.

Great meal! Just go down and try it out! Walked in selected our table. Met some long time friends and was a joy to see them. Our waitress was very friendly and cheerful. We knew exactly what we wanted so she didn’t have to come back a second time to get our order. I really must say it’s very casual and it’s just perfect for our life style. Still the home of the 10 cent cup of coffee. Certainly recommend this restaurant! Good food and hey you might meet up with some friends too!

What an unexpected great meal we had. Usual diner fare, which I love. Very rarely does everyone in the family agree but we all said we’d come back. Great fried chicken, large portions and the best strawberry shortcake. Very reasonable pricing. Don’t expect 5 star dining, just great local eats.

Great diner! Excellent blueberry pancakes, great service. Very reasonable prices. Three of us big guys with big appetites after fishing all morning couldn’t finish our meals because the portions were so generous. Fresh and homemade. You’ll love this locals diner.

This a quaint country diner with good food at reasonable price. I had the hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. The hamburger steak was a nice size, however it was dry. The mashed potatoes were good and the gravy was very tasty. The greens beans were terrible probably right of the can and tasteless. The dinner was soft and very good. The ambiance is of roadside dinner very simple and very plain. Noise level was very nice not loud. Adequate parking, however no credit cards or debit cards are accepted. Flo’s Diner trademark is that cup of coffee is dime.

The best thing about this place is that it’s cheap. Other than that, the service is slow and the food — well — it’s less than mediocre. I’ll pay extra for a better meal.

Nice local diner we stopped at on our bike trip across the US. Typical home cook fare, the hot beef sandwich is one of their specialties, and the home made rice pudding was excellent. Wait staff was attentive and prices reasonable. Would stop here again if I were in the area.

Flos diner has some of the best food round and you can’t beat the price. The place is all ways clean. Most of the waitress are super nice. On Fridays there have a nice fish fryer. And on Sunday they have a breakfast buffet I have not try it yet I been told it good. And also they ground beef soup it the best I get it ever time I go they I been eating at Flo’s now for over 30 years now and it just like home cooking.

the place is cheap but service is slow and the food is so so. Toast was barely toasted but had a slab of butter on it.

FIRST, let me set your expectations. This is a DINER. Nothing more. Don’t come here expecting a whole lot other than diner food. We had eggs, pancakes, hash browns, toast, bacon, sausage… it was all good. Again, it was DINER food, in a small rural area. My expectations were reasonable, and I was not disappointed. The total bill for 3 adults was less than $ 20 — can you argue with that?

Very reasonably priced and a big menu but the 10 cent coffee was worth exactly that. Mediocre diner food with the pancakes and the home fries topping the list. The veggie frittata had no flavor. Not sure you can get a $ 5 breakfast anywhere else in the area.

Stopped by Flo’s for the breakfast buffet today — very yummy! A decent selection of eggs, frittata, french toast, pancakes, Utica greens, sausage gravy and pastries. The frittata had a few more potatoes than I would have like but it was tasty none the less. Although an odd choice on a breakfast buffet the Utica Greens were awesome! Defintely went back for seconds on those! The sausage gravy was disappointing — not very hot and not very flavorful this was the one downside of the meal. It’s worth a visit if you find yourself on Route 31 and have a hankering for a good hearty breakfast.
