Game On

Always had great service and consistent policies here. This maybe my son’s favorite store, aside from Bricks and Minifigs. He buys, trades and sells here and enjoys the process.

I am very disappointed in the service here. We traded in equipment and selected some games. They had to get a few from the oregon city store and I was told they would have them in 3 days. 9 days and 3 trips later, I am still told it will be another day. They received in the games without the discs. (I only found out they even had them due to calling myself after a week, they did not call). I was told they would have them by the next day at 2, so I went back, to find out the young man working there forgot to call a coworker to have them picked up. So now I am promised tomorrow… again. I feel they should have called when they realized they did not have the games, rather than making me drive there again, excited kid in car. I also cannot just drive the 8 minutes myself to pick up, because of using the credit.
Once my credit is done there, I will not be shopping there anymore, and take my business to a store that does what they say.

Great service with a smile, great trade ins, and price! Awesome store!
