I’ve never had a bad experience here in my entire life! They’ve always had excellent service. This place has fun gifts for everyone. I love shopping here and I always get something here to add to a collection of mine. It’s one of my favorite shops in Cannon Beach. Now I take my little brother and nieces here, and they love it just as much as I do.

If we could give a zero I would. RUDE. Poor customer service. Did not want to answer questions. She was on her cell phone and I had to wait for her personal call to finish before we could make a purchase. She also overcharged us from a posted price. I did not want to deal with her. Old bleached blond lady. Walk down the street to a store that appreciates your business. She was rude and unfriendly. I do not think I should be thankful that she came to work so I could buy some trinket. It was not just me as the customers in line behind me were greeted with her crusty demeanor.

I walked in with my girlfriend and it was a cute shop but when we went to ring up her purchase, the lady working at the front went from nice to really rude when she saw what my gf looked like. Not sure if it’s because she’s asian or if the lady is plain rude. Anyways, it’s a nice shop but the customer service sucks.

I have not experienced poor customer service here and I go in whenever I visit the coast. I always look around but have yet to really buy anything. It is mostly touristy stuff.

This shop has beautiful trinkets and gifts! But, their customer service is AWFUL! The women there today acted bothered by having people even in the shop. When I brought my happy ass up to purchase $ 89 worth of goods, the blonde woman was not friendly AT ALL! Not even a hello, how are you? No smile, she looked completely miserable! I will not shop there again! I like spending my money where people are friendly and seem happy to be taking your money! If customer service is important to you, then SKIP this shop!

This is a cute shop, but the lady that rang us up was on the phone having a personal conversation and was very unfriendly which is bad customer service. I expect to be greeted and asked for assistance if needed. I would never buy from this shop ever again.
