Been closed and good riddance. The last owners ran it to the ground sadly. This used to be my favorite place but when you bad mouth your clientele and your employee’s, how could you still expect business? Anyway, so long cloud. You were fun, but never again.

Giving this place one-star is even far too nice… This place looks run down, there was a roach on the wall, thank goodness they dont serve food, the hookah becomes harsh after 10 mins, there was no one above the age of 19 there. The kids needed a parent or some sort of guardian there, they told me I can order whatever I want yet they were out of one particular flavor, when I asked why the kid told me because he just packed a bowl of it for him and his friends… I’ll wait till you pick your jaw up from the floor… He had no change in the register at all, no one else came into the lounge while we were there and I dont blame them. If you are going to have kids working for you make sure there is someone else there to watch them as well, or make sure they wear a uniform of some sort. The place looks like its someone’s basement, I will never go back to this place again, waste of money and time.

Wow. The difference that a single year can make 365 days and this place went from the best to the worst. So let me tell you the story of cloud. I came in about a year ago and met everyone there everyone was fine everyone was friends everyone was happy the owners however did not care about the place so there were times where he was hard to run a business. However people still came they were crowded every night DJs were playing every Friday and Saturday and it was a picture perfect hookah bar The old owner decided to sell the place to a son and a father they ended up closing down cloud for about two weeks for a «renovation» As nice as the new floor and the lighter coloring of the walls were that was no exception for how dead it was in there They refused to pay one of the senior DJs for DJing weeks prior. And this would be why no one sees him at that hookah bar anymore. They have another DJ who is good however it’s not as busy as it used to be and it’s not fair because they refused to pay him the full amount or let him DJ a full night if it’s not busy. Which is a catch 22. Then I was told by the owner and his son that even if I didn’t have money I could come and keep a running tab and pay when I had the money. When I finally did have the money I went to pay and the nephew told me that I didn’t have a tab and that everything was okay and not to worry about it I went in there two days ago and I paid for a full hookah(which by the way the $ 9.99 hookahs are gone) I then came back the next day and bought another hookah attempting to split it with a friend I left before my friend and I told the worker who is also my friend to take the $ 10 from the guy and give it to me when he sees me because I had to leave in a rush. The son asked me if I wanted to pay the $ 60 I owe. I explained that I already talked to the nephew and he said I didn’t owe anything. The son wasn’t having it saying the nephew can’t make that call. I explained I couldnt pay the tab right this second but I’ll figure it out once the dad was there. I left I just found out that the son told my friend to not give me the money but he would hold it for me when He asked for my money he said no that I owe him money and he’s not gonna give me the money. The amount of shady business that’s going on I will never step foot in cloud 9 again. So to the new owners I wish you luck you have lost the last loyal customer Cloud will ever have.

This place is the best! Best customer service. New owners are super friendly! Great prices & amazing hookah. I’ve been all over the world to many different hookah spots, & this place is one of my favorites, simply because it is run by exceptional people! Check it out & you will be happy you did! Best hookah in the valley, chill atmosphere, nice place to relax after work or party up on the weekends to meet chill people.

Great place, dope vibe and the hospitality is on point. My girl and I came here from always smoking hookah at home, They really made it feel like home to us being first timers. Reccommend this place to everyone in the 818

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I honestly don’t understand how Cloud 9 is still in business. The place looks so rundown and dirty. Couches are comfortable but need to be sprayed down by gallons of Febreze. The crowd is barely 18 and ew, for lack of better terms. I feel like I’m in someones dirty basement. And the service is slow and inattentive. The hookah was not packed well and got harsh in like half an hour. Never Again

The hookah is good but the ownership has to many regulations and rules. The service is good but this spot is slowly dying. No longer feel comfortable at this spot.

Unilocalers are definitely right about this place: CONS: — barely 18 crowd — cheap sofas that make me want to Lysol errrthang — Service is slow… since it seems like only one person is tending to incoming customers — prices are typical($ 17.99 for single flavors, $ 6 refill, $ 21.99 premium bowls) — only 1 pipe for 2 people? — good luck finding parking in the back(although free) because it shares the lot with other businesses in the strip mall area — can’t tell who works here since no one wears a uniform — one guy was too lazy to unplug tv so he asked me to do it for him. Really? Where’s your customer service kid, simply excuse yourself and unplug it yourself next time! — bathroom has no paper towels to dry your hands, trash was a jenga stack, the single restroom is right next to backdoor exit and has a board blocking the window opening directly to the parking lot PROS: — the owner was attentive-ish to us lol — dj was great! — music was ON. POINT. Loud, good mix of hip hop, some rock, and edm — dark room(has the ambience of a basement house party) — good ventilation. Never felt stuffy or too smokey. OVERALL: Probably won’t return. sober lol. Service is bad, very slow and our coals burnt through the shisha way too quickly. Only once did someone come by to check on our hookah(e.g. blow off the ashes or change coals). Employees are not attentive or professional, but hey, if your clientele is mostly high school students, I guess the standards are set low lol. I would definitely find some other spot and pay more for the service.

Honestly, I really liked this place. people are friendly and attentive, the hookah is good and well priced, but the crowd was just too young for my taste. not that im there for the crowd but it’s still about the ambiance, and The it seemed mostly like a bunch of barely legal 18 year olds both times I went. other than that and the fact that it’s a little too dark in there for my taste as well, hookah/service was pretty good

This place is a little dark and cheap. the couches are kinda old. service is not the most attentive. It is not a fancy place. But the hookahs are GREAT! We tried one with an apple head. it was very well made. Also there was a dj playing loud club like music that we enjoyed. Most of the crowd we saw wrre really young kids.

As a frequent customer of several hookah lounges in the area, I was excited at the prospect of trying a new place, and hopefully, discovering a gem! However, this is not what I experienced. The atmosphere is dark, dank, and not well decorated. There is no music on, only a few TVs all playing the same channel. I am not one to judge a book by its cover, so I will still anticipating the hookah. Upon inquiring about a specialty flavor, the waiter admitted he did not know how to make it. It is expected of an employee to be prepared and well versed in menu options. This lack of knowledge brought about even more trepidation as I waited for our hookah to arrive. It took a while; it seemed as if the waiter was more concerned with lounging and smoking with some regulars than providing adequate service. When the hookah arrived, I was pleased with the flavor. However, within a matter of minutes, it became harsh to the point of not being able to smoke it comfortably. I asked the waiter to blow it out and change our coals, which helped some, however not five minutes later, it was harsh once again. Throughout the rest of my time at Cloud 9, it wavered between unbelievably harsh and thin/weak. In addition, our hookah ultimately costed about $ 20, which is more expensive than comparable lounges(most lounges I’ve visited charge about $ 17.50). Overall, not a good experience. The one redeeming quality of Cloud 9– plenty of parking.

Cloud 9 is like my home away from home. You can always expect to have a fun time here and the hookah is great! The staff is super attentive and always on top of things. It is well priced, the décor is nice, and they have a wide selection of flavors, as well as hookah’s. I’ve been coming here and seen it go through about 3 owners and this is definitely the best it’s been. On the weekends they have DJs for dancing, movie nights, and an awesome happy hour deal. I love Cloud and would recommend it to anyone! Go see for yourself!

Really good hookah, that should be the most important thing about hookah places. Second, it’s Saturday night and they got a DJ, furniture is comfy, a little cheap, but comfy and we didn’t get d*cked with having to get multiple hookahs for large party. Come check it out, nuff said.

this place has the best vibe out of the hookah lounges in the valley it has the best flavors available from starbuzz al fakher to fumari i been coming here since they opened and its had its ups and downs but with the new management/owners its back to its glory days. every weekend they have live dj playing what everyone wants to hear from edm to hip hop whats not to love. and a major plus is how cheap it is you would think cuz its so cheap that it would be bad but thats not it at all they just know good business
