Do not go here. Seems great in-​store, offered us a great price and quick delivery for tile, but he suddenly, without approval, charged over $ 100 to what we agreed to (when it was also supposed to be just a small deposit of $ 50), and forged my signature on an iPad or iPhone app. We called to question it, he argued it away, he avoided calls, and then we called to cancel. Didn’t hear from him for about a month, where he then feigned complete ignorance. #buyerbeware Canceling my credit card now…

I agree with Kevin H., STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. After walking in to check out tile, I liked a certain tile he had. Anyway, Daniel the owner talked me into also installing the tile in my house. He said «I do really good jobs, I have to, my shop and reputation is on the line». Long story short, after he was done with the job, my driveway was permanently messed up, due to his guys mixing concrete literally on my driveway, killed a couple of plants in my lawn by pouring concrete on them. Dudes didn’t even have an actual tile saw, they used a cut off wheel to cut the tile. Inside of house: scratched my hardwood floor about a foot an length, nailed big (not little) nails in my house doorway trim and cracked the trim. Said he would fix the stuff, he did try cleaning driveway but concrete doesn’t just come off. Didn’t bother to fix/​clean anything else. Last, I had to call him on 2 separate days and pressure him to get someone to finish installing the tile, nobody would show up to my house to finish the job. Cynthia G. the reviewer must be a good looking woman or something, most likely the reason she has good experiences. Wish I was a hot woman too!

The owner and installer Daniel is professional and does a good job. Javier in the showroom is friendly and helpful. My overall experience with choosing them was good no matter what others say. They have a pretty good selection of quality porcelain tile plus marble at prices lower than most other places. Daniel has worked for me twice in my home. First installing high end tiles in my alcoves, granite on my ledges, and then a complete remodel in my master bath with gorgeous tile and marble.
He beat all the other bids I had gotten by many hundreds and the job turned out well. So check them out before and after shopping at other places on Canoga Ave. I did and don’t regret it!!!

STAY AWAY… These guys are a shady business practice. You pay and order your product, they tell you it will be ready to pick up in two days, then the order gets delayed and delayed for weeks and you get constantly lied to in the process and constantly catch these guys in their lies… Placed three orders from this company and after several weeks I ended up picking the items up from the wholesaler myself which is a good two hours away from this location. These guys are scam artists, prices are cheap, but in the end you get what you pay for, a ton of stress and the possibility of never receiving your product.
