i just can’t believe it
we are waiting for our pizza for more then one hour, its 10:44
the so called manger Jisell is being so rude on the phone the
telling me BS about the time that its approximate and not really one hour
i will not seat quit when a place like pizza hut has people like that working for them
its a shame
from today only dominos pizza for us

3 hours late, ½ the order was missing, what did arrive was cold and they wouldn’t pick their phone!

Isn’t there supposed to be cheese on a pizza? Yea, our pizzas had maybe a handful off to one side. It was awful! And why do they advertise the $ 5 specials, but this location doesn’t honor it or many other «deals» Shame on us for giving them another try. We will not be ordering from them ever again!

I don’t know how to write a review of a place that never took my call.
I have eaten here before and it has been OK, but this time I only give them two stars because the deal was pretty good.
First I went online and tried to order the food, It let me do everything until I got the the point of placing the order, then it told me they were closed. This was about 30 miutes before they did close.
So then I called them about 11:30pm, 30 minutes before they closed as well and I was even going to drive and pickup the order. They let the phone ring for at least two minutes then an operator picked up and said they were all busy talking on the phone at the time and they would be with me asap. Within about 30 seconds of that someone on the other end hung up the phone. This happened twice before I finally gave up on them.
This is not the first time things like this has happened at this store, not run very well here and not customer friendly at all.
If you need late night pizza for some reason and live near the Victory/​Platt location, I urge you to call the Domino’s about 100 feet away from them.
TIP– If you must have Pizza Hut at this hour, GO INTO the restaurant and order and watch them make it so they know your watching them and waiting, otherwise you probably will not get in touch with them or even place an order at all.

Delivery took forever. Pretty stupid that they don’t let you switch to a location that’s just as close with a shorter wait time. The food was also kind of cold and just bland. Won’t order from here again.

Ordered delivery and was pleasantly surprised. The delivery driver Xavier followed my very specific delivery instructions and was friendly. My pizza was hot and exactly what I ordered. Two thumbs up as I usually get burnt delivery pizza from everyone. Will definitely order from them again

Delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes… its been almost 2 hours and all the manager did was try and give me $ 5 off of my next purchase.

I ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday. The box was unharmed, but pizza looked and tasted like scrambled eggs. Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever received. They managed to alienate me completely from any future Pizza Hut location. I will NEVER place another Pizza Hut order.

the place sucks now lol no fountain drinks no arcade for the kids… less tables and dirty as hell. I used to go here a lot before and stopped in for a nice place to sit down and eat and it seems they don’t want dine in anymore at all. they didn’t even have plates. don’t go here

Where do we begin?
First of all, we were informed via email confirmation that our pizza would be delivered in 30 min. At the 45 min mark, I called the store. A young woman answered the phone laughing and another young woman was laughing in the background. I was asked to be put on hold-​6 min later I hung up.
I called back and after waiting another 5 min, I finally got someone on the line. I was told the order must’ve went out because it wasn’t in the system. She couldn’t confirm the order was there.
10 min after the call, the pizza was delivered.
Our pretzel pizza DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE!!! The bacon was fatty, the crust was extremely salty and a mini pepperoni was also very salty. Pizza Hut is the worst!
I should’ve stuck with my gut and said NO HUT!!!

Yesterday we called and ordered 6 pizza from this location to be delivered to our office. The pizza came on TIME, HOT AND DELICIOUS.
Both person who took our order and the person who delivered them were very nice and professional. I will definitely will order again for our office and home.

Ordered online at 8 pm. Delivery was scheduled for 8:45. Called them at 9:00 they said they will send someone out. Got a call at 9:40 from the driver that he was about to head out of the store. I guess bunch of losers sit around doing nothing unless customers call and complain. Got my pizza two hours after I ordered.

We have not had pizza hut in years. My son decided to treat so we ordered pizza and wings around 920pm was told delivery would be an hour? After the long wait pizza arrived and it was not even fully cooked. Worst experience. Tasted like raw dough with sauce and cheese. Part of the crust on our original pan didn’t even rise we also ordered wings .My son said they were just ok kinda soggy. Such a disappointment! Never again!

Came in to pick up some pizza I ordered over the phone, they didn’t have change for a hundread so they said we can’t do anything about it. What the hell is this management doing? Unacceptable. Never will I ever come back here. Disgusted

Lol this is crazy… I should have trusted you Unilocalers!!! Ordered a pizza by phone. No issues there. Came to pick up on time (told me it would be ready in 15 minutes) and they said wait 5 minutes. Ok no problem, 5 minute window is fine. I’m sitting here 30 minutes later still with no pizza because they sent my pizza out for delivery: sigh: there are 3 people in here who have been waiting at least half an hour or have had their order messed up. Well they gave me a discount on one of the pizzas and the manager was really apologetic so I guess that counts for something. I don’t know what’s going on in the back but I know I saw a girl on her iphone in the back maybe she was distracted? Anyway whoever gets my pizzas, you’re gonna love them, they were stuffed crust with cheese and a medium pineapple!!! Moral of the story… Trust Unilocal: P

Wow … I figured lets try again after the first horrible experience… I want stuff crust. I ordered a pizza, sides, and wings… The sauce was missing. The pizza was completely wrong and it took over an hour an a half to delver. Everything was cold. Sounds like the same manager. He doesn’t really care. Told me don’t worry we will make it again on the house!!! Oh on the house??? Seriously? I love stuff crust but i have yet to actually get a dam stuff crust pizza after trying two times and at this point I don’t ever want to deal with this company again.

Made the mistake of giving this place a 3^rd chance. Maybe it is karma for putting cursed processed food on the family dinner table… Nevertheless, I ordered online, expected delivery at 5:15 per the order confirmation. Called at 5:30 because guess what — no pizza. The girl didn’t know why the pizza wasn’t here yet. Put me on hold, came back and said «delivery guy just left»…Why is my pizza so late getting here? «We only have one delivery guy, I guess?» Perhaps she was distracted by the tragic One Direction break up. At least she said «I’m sorry?» (as a question?). It is now 5:45, the pizza place is 7 minutes from my house. My kids are hungry, and our dinner is half an hour late. Problem is, this is now the 3^rd time this has happened, including losing our order, getting the order wrong, twice. Sorry Pizza Hut, no more chances.

I have no idea how the pizza was because it never showed up. Got confirmation but waited an hour. Turns out they never made the pizza. Don’t order from these people, or any Pizza Hut if this is okay with corporate.

Slow delivery. They overcharged for extra topping and their staff doesn’t seem too nice about it.
Even their location is kind of old needs a remodel badly. Also the pizza is way too oily.

Every so often my fiancé gets a craving for fast food pizza. I could probably go without it for the rest of my days. One of the few reasons we’ll decide on Pizza Hut is when we happen to be hungry for some takeout on a Wednesday — enter Wing Wednesday. It’s one of the only places around us that does crispy, breaded wings reminiscent to the KFCs now gone in the area.
I had an offer for $ 5.99 for two medium pizzas. I should have double checked my receipt before I left the place because they charged me the typical price of $ 8 for a medium pizza. Why do I bother?
This location gets something wrong every single time I visit. I think it’s finally time to hang in the towel.
