This UPS store has really gone downhill since the remodel. Tried to do an Amazon free return and they wanted $ 3 to print out the shipping label. The younger guy at the counter was very passive and didn’t offer to assist me with my concerns. Not what I was expecting from a store that used to have great customer relations.

I needed to send a package back to Amazon since they sent me an item I didn’t order. I came to this UPS store to drop off the package, but the parking was in a back alley and really sketchy and scary looking, even in the middle of the afternoon. Not a good place for a mom to be parking with a baby. I’ll be going to a different UPS to send my package.

First time at UPS store. Never had a real purpose to use it. Then I sent my package and now it is stuck in Limbo. But since the incident has happened, the staff at the UPS Store Local 0159 has truly been helpful. Working with me to get my package to its final destination. I like to thank the manager, Marla, I believe that is her name. I am just horrible with names. Steve, the other gentleman that has helped me at the beginning. Sincerely appreciate all the help to get my package moving again. It is still stuck in the damn warehouse in Warsaw, but thank you to the staff for helping me every time I have been there. Being a supervisor at the UPS Ontario Air Hub was a great experience and well-​rounded staff. I am just glad it is not just at the Air Hub, but other UPS locations. Thanks again and hopefully this package can get moving again. Happy Holidays!

Amazing service! One of the employees was in the parking lot when I pulled in, saw me about to tape up my box, told me they’d tape it for me, carried it inside & then printed a receipt in seconds. Also noticed I had a water bottle in my car & told me to bring it in & they’d fill it up. You can’t find service like that anywhere! Color my impressed!

Ok, so this I do not understand, we took a 2 boxes for one of our customers that requested it be shipped on their UPS Account. We do not have UPS. My husband takes in the two boxes to ship and was told they don’t ship UPS Ground. Huh… Then why are they called a UPS Store. I’ve always used them for other business shipments, not anymore.

No one greets you when you walk in. Wait time is usually about 10min. And it’s a franchise so they can adjust the shipping charges, so expect to pay more for shipping than what you’re use to paying for UPS services.

Great little store! I’ve been coming here for years for a couple of things:
1. Drop off cable boxes for my cable provider. They do all the paperwork, packaging and shipping. All I do is bring in the cable box or router and the cables.
2. Get my notary done here. I pay $ 20 per notary.
They have PO boxes here, basic supplies and of course UPS package drop offs. They people that work here are extremely nice.

I had to ship my AT&T U-​Verse router back and they have a contract with the The UPS Store, so I found this location since it is near the new pad.
The two guys working there were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. It is too bad AT&T was not as efficient and customer orientated as this place. :-)
I do not do a lot of shipping, but if there is any that I need to do, I would come to this store to do so.
