The UPS Store

Went in today with my vaguely confusing copy order, and they were lovely and walked me through it, and were courteous and cheerful throughout. There were three employees and all were nice to me and Clifford, who helped me, was especially great. (Also, it was a lot cheaper than Office Depot was for the same thing — the price was lower to start, but Clifford asked if I had a AAA card and that got me an additional discount.)

Super nice and friendly service! Delivery time on pretty much anything you need is same day, including business cards. Smile + good services goes a long way. Thanks a lot!

They are absolutely amazing. I needed to get business cards done day of, and although it was a crazy rush order they were able to finish it for me in an hour and a half. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and absolutely friendly.

This place always is marvelous, which is something you seldom hear about anywhere involving shipping. They are my go-​to spot for when I need to mail stuff since they always immediately help me out (unlike the post office… woof), and so yesterday I decided to try them out for printing.
I had been searching for a local spot to print at because I’d rather support a small business, but unfortunately some of the other places I checked out were SUPER expensive. I needed to print about 500 pages front/​back for a grad school project (a fat binder of articles, more or less), and I remembered that the UPS Store in Northridge had multiple large printers.
I called ahead and the owner, Clifton, helped me out. He was SO nice and accommodating! Not only did he show me how to set everything up, he also was very understanding about me being a student and having limited funds. After I printed out what was basically a textbook, he helped me determine if a student discount or AAA discount would get me a better price. I swear, the people who work here go above and beyond the call of duty to help their customers. They truly care about helping others, and I often have nice little conversations with them while they help me. It is also cool that this place is run by a local family. Way to go! That is so rad.
I highly recommend this place for printing, in addition to your mail/​shipping needs. Go in person, because e-​mailing them is a little bit extra. The service makes it totally worthwhile.
Note about discounts: Student discount is 10% off, whereas a AAA discount is 15% off. They also often have coupons on their website, which is listed on this Unilocal page.

They are very nice at this location. There is parking in the back and there is street parking on Reseda blvd. they also have a notary which is why I came to this location and he is very kind.

Great UPS store at 9227 reseda in northridge, much better than the one I used to go to (in tarzana where owner used to charge me $ 3.50 to seal an envelope with a tiny piece of tape -, crazy!) No BS at this ups store with Clifton, the manager. Service is great, quick and friendly! They are also open saturdays and have a notary!

Clean, organized, and an incredibly friendly staff that go above and beyond to make everything as easy and cost effective for you as possible. Plenty of parking on the street and in the back. This is my new go-​to place for shipping.

Been to this UPS at least twice. Clifton (I think that’s his name) works here and he is ever so sweet and attentive! I love this place, they are fast and precise! :-)
