Wendy’s

Usually love Wendy’s as a last option for quality fast food about three weeks ago I ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger in and asked politely at the window I forgot to remind you can you please take off the bacon, since I had forgotten. The manager on duty which was an older Latina, decided that she wanted to remind me to «say it before hand so they don’t have to remake it after. This is unacceptable for more than one reason, but we will go with the most obvious one. it’s not professional tell any customer how you feel about their mistakes. This is exactly how not to keep my business and obviously I’m going ton tell the people that I know not to spend money with this location or company that employees rude management and staff of any kind.

I love my bacon and cheese potato and my chicken pecan salad but you shouldn’t give us attitude or even charge us extra if we’re already at the window for some extra pecans dressing and sour cream. But we get it every other day still lol but from another one who doesn’t charge us.

I like their salads. My favorite is the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. I also enjoy their Strawberry one when it’s available.
I also like their Asiago Ranch Chicken Club. Very tasty. I like my chicken crispy, not grilled. Grilled chicken at any fast food place just isn’t good imo.
Drive-​thru is always pleasant.
Food is consistent with other locations.

These bozos say they close at 12am but I show up at 11:35 and they’re closed already. The hell? Other than that the service is decent and the food is decent. Haven’t had a problem with anything else. If you’re going to say you’re open til 12 then stay open til 12!

Be careful with their chicken, not cooked right and very hard.

Hands down the slowest Wendy’s I’ve been to. Probably the slowest fast food joint, period.

To the manager who doesn’t know her own menu and told me they don’t have Italian dressing and never have (even though I got it there 2 weeks prior) you are the reason they are getting a horrible review

i went to the drive thru & usually you can see the cashier take your payment & scan your debit card, but not at this location! he scanned my atm card and after i drove off, i had a real bad feeling. then the following day had discovered i had multiple transactions made with that same card at various locations i wouldnt normally go to!!! they should be charged with illegal activity at this franchise!!!

Tried the new fish sandwich and it is really good! Fish is nice and flaky and tastes good with the new sauce and pickles. That and some of their tasty fries and I am set!

First of all this rating is for the food, specifically their large chili, it’s filling and so tasty for $ 2.18, extra for cheese/​onion. I went through the drive thru and order 2 patty burger combo, 2 large chilis, hamburger kids meal and 6 piece chicken nuggets. Yes I agree, the menu looks overwhelming if you don’t go here regularly. It also took a little longer to get my order but I guess it’s bc they cook to order and the cashier also took care in getting my order correct.
Overall 3.5 stars but the chili round up 4 stars.

It gets 2 stars just because I like wendys. Really the menu boards are hard to ready if you are the driver. Also have menu items on the way thru the drive thru. Please train employees to he patient and courteous.

What can I say? I mainly come to Wendy’s for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It’s close coming here than going to Chik-​fil-​a for a spicy chicken sandwich. I’ve always loved the fact that they give you options to choose from for a side order rather than just fries.
I’ve never been inside, I always do drive-​thru. Their aren’t quicker or slower than any other drive-​thru I’ve been to.

This isn’t the best Wendy’s I’ve been to but it’s hard to find a great one to begin with. I’ve been to this one about 5 times and 2 out of the 5 times they got my order wrong. I ordered a small chili once from here and there was already soggy crackers in it. I’ve never seen that before anywhere. There are improvements that could be made here that are obvious.

Went to Wendy’s today. This was us giving them a second chance. They always forget something we order or get our order wrong. Hopefully they can make changes and care about their customers.

Good food but bad customer service in the drive thru always forget ketchup for fries, sour cream and butter for bake potato and straw for the drinks … And they have the audacity to give u attitude when you ask for it. They seem to be more worried with there drive thru timer then good customer service you always have this prob but it seems to happen here every time they never seem to get it right

How is it that every time I come here, they get my order wrong???
Whether if it’s missing the fries, or missing the chicken nuggets, they’re ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING! D:
I like Wendy’s. I just don’t like this Wendy’s. I can’t believe it’s so difficult to get an order right, WHEN I’M THE ONLY CUSTOMER!
If you would just stop and listen, instead of cutting me off with, «anything else?» before I’m done, maybe you would find out!
No patience for this place any longer. When there is more than one person in the drive-​thru, they make you pull over to the front and wait. If that was going to happen, I could have just gone inside to order! wtf -.-

Baja salad was far overpriced at $ 4.29 plus tax for a small little plate of lettuce, chopped tomato/​onion, a handful of cheese and a half-​ladle full of chili. Basically, everything on the menu is overpriced except the dollar menu items. The employees there are lazy and don’t care. They aren’t even knowledgeable about the simple menu. This place is always empty whenever I go in there. Not sure why they even stay open — maybe the drive-​thru gets more business. Tonight, there was a girl who walked in, sat down at a table for like 10 minutes, didn’t order anything, and her bf came and picked her up and they left. The food is always good, but you have to order the right stuff or else you will be paying way too much for way too little.

Mainly come here for lunch drive-​thu but i have eaten inside. Always fast & friendly. I think they can do better with the cleanliness in their dining area. Can’t expect much from a fast food joint. it is what it is! Yummy Apple Pecan Salad. You can’t go wrong with Wendy’s!

Grrrr… I wanted to say that Wendys is just another Hamburger place but there are a couple of qualites that makes Wendys different. Maybe even better than Carls Jr and Jack in the Box. They have juicy square burgers. They have choices on sides. Me, I’m in love with the Baked Potato with chives.
This is a nice Wendy’s. The only complaint is the way you enter into this Wendys. You will see what I mean.
