Scheduled appointment to have fridge repaired — supposed to come between 8:00 — 11:00 — no one showed and when I called they said they had to fire the guy in our area and had to cancel. Horrible, horrible service — should not be in business

Took forever to fix my dryer, technician had to come out 3 separate times.

I scheduled an appt. To have my refrigerator fixed. They told me they would be there between 2 – 5. They called around 2 to tell me a tech wasn’t available and they would not be coming. After playing phone tag with them it is now 3 pm and I’m trying to call someone else before everything in my fridge and freezer melts. THANKS!
