I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I’ve been to a ton of Starbucks all over the country and this was by far the worse one. There were barely any customers and it took them 15 minutes to make one drink and they messed up. There were 4 employees working and they were all confused and clueless.

Has to be one of the worse srtarbucks that I’ve been to. 4 people working. Relatively empty and it’s been 20 minutes wait so far for drinks. They’ve already made one wrong and redoing it. Uggh

Overpriced, cheap coffee, and new look (not sure when it was done) is kind of ugly. Not a big fan of Starbucks in general. Only thing that does give them a second star is the green tea is OK if I’m in a bind.

This Starbucks is great on staff compared to other Starbucks in its area. Really upbeat, awake, friendly and they do a nice job on getting your drink to you fast while also tasting good.

What a nice treat!!! I was on my way Coraopolis and I decided to stop at this Starbucks. the barista that greeted us was so nice and helpful, my battle buddy doesn’t do Starbucks so he thought my pumpkin spice no fat latte was complicated lol! It was a great visit. They gave me a huge Disclunt and I know it was because I was in my uniform:) thanks for being nice to soldiers:)

This is, by far, the worst Starbucks drive thru that I’ve ever encountered. They have messed up my drink more than 5 times in the past month and a half. To be fair, I think they have a hard time hearing the orders because of the busy road behind them but today the employee repeated my order back to me and it was still made completely wrong with the wrong flavored syrup. The only reason I keep going is because it’s a convenient location.

Overall a great starbucks with a solid staff, I’ve had very good experiences in the few times I have stopped before work for a drink.
The one down side is that the drive thru can be a bit of a pain sometimes with the wait. They did however recently finish reconstruction of their drive thru moving it to the opposite side of the building, and away from the awkward previous location right off of the road.
Once I spilled my drink in my car going around the turn out of the exit (completely my fault), and went back in to order another drink. They offered a replacement to me free and even let me use some wet towels to help clean up the mess, which was a huge help — they really crush the customer service in my book. As an added bonus, the baristas are always very friendly and upbeat in the mornings which always makes things better. I always feel like my drinks are made with some extra TLC at this spot.

Construction is over. Back to being a normal Starbucks. The drive thru wait time is still above average.

I frequent this Starbucks a lot, almost daily. The staff is friendly, but my order often is wrong in the drive thru. The only reason I continue to id it is very convenient for me. However I feel most times it id due to rushing as there is always a line at the drive thru. However when someone is paying $ 5 – 7 for a coffee drink you should really try to get the order right.

I love this Starbucks, it’s such a great layout, spacious and comfortable. It used to have a fireplace but they removed it when they remodeled a few years back when a car lost control and drove through the side of the building.
