Olde House Smoke House

This place is in the middle of nowhere! But please drive here you will not forgot it! The smoked bacon, jerky, and smoked horseradish cheddar were superb!
You will leave this place happy and smelly like good wholesome smoky meat products! Yummy!!! If you are lucky the brewery down the road maybe open and it’s worth the tour and the drink!
My trip to NH is being mapped as I write this review! One stop for sure will be the smokehouse.

Quaint little shack in the middle of the woods. Take the scenic drive and you’ll be rewarded with smoked delicacies of all types. From ham, to bacon, pork loin & shank to a variety of cheeses and jerky.
We took some bacon to bring home, and some cheese & jerky to snack on while driving. Delicious all around and well worth the trip.

My family and I have been coming to this smoke house since I was in 8^th grade. It hasn’t changed a bit since 1995 (wow, I’m old!)! It’s in the middle of nowhere and looks like an OLD house but the minute you step inside you are transformed to a smokey heaven! The smoke house has anything and everything you could possibly want! I love both the maple pepper and teriyaki jerky! The smoked nuts are delicious! The country smoked extra sharp cheddar is delectable! They also sell bacon, Canadian bacon, ham and a whole lot of other meat. My dad always gets a sampling from the store I just can’t remember specifically what I’ve had from here over the years. All I can say is that everything I have had has been memorable. I look forward to the next time we make the trek down the dirt roads of Canterbury for some smoked goods!
