I know very little about auto repairs. I’ve had to bring my Honda CRV for parts/​repairs a few times. Each time, I call my Dad who lives out of state and who knows a lot about cars. I tell him what’s happening with my car, and I let him know what Advanced Automotive says and what they are going to charge me. Each time, my Dad has said, «It sounds like that is exactly what needs to be fixed/​done, and they are charging you a very reasonable rate. Alex, in particular, is very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Very highly recommend Advanced Automotive!

After getting a pricey repair estimate from a local dealership, I took my Nissan Sentra to Advanced Auto for a second opinion. My colleague spoke very highly of them! Not only did they save me $$$, they were extremely thorough and only fixed what was necessary. I have already scheduled my next appointment. Thanks everyone! I will be back :)

Moved to Avon the summer of 2012. My prior auto care company researched and found Advanced Automotive, recommending them as a small business who would keep me first, get to know me personally, and work with me to keep my vehicles on the road. Although we have had limited opportunity to work on my cars to-​date, my initial and follow-​up impressions have matched the recommendation. I am very pleased with their customer service and how they are warning me ahead of time of potential work that will be needed on my vehicles. No pressure sales tactics. We have a Toyota Prius and a Honda Odyssey.
The facility is under new management as of mid-​to-​late 2012… I have had 8:30 AM appointments and no wait issues.

I have had two oil changes here. the service has been good, staff friendly and work was proper and thorough. i would recommend this business to others. there is also a good referral plan as well as discount coupons. A good value with dependable service.

I purchased a living social/​groupon deal for two oil changes here, and while the first time through was rather uneventful, the second time was a bit of an adventure. When I arrived for my 8:30 oil change (actually got there around 8:25 or so), only the owner, Ron, was there. I waited patiently until the mechanic arrived at just after 9am. Once my car was in the bay, the mechanic got my car in and out very quickly. These guys mean well and are very nice, but I can’t say I’ve ever beaten a mechanic into work by almost 40 minutes before! I’d be willing to give them another chance, however, and would adjust my review accordingly thereafter. Maybe next time I’ll make my appointment for the afternoon!

I have had my car serviced here and been very satisfied. When I had my oil changed they alerted me to necessary repairs my car needed. They provide excellent quality service at a fair price. I will definitely return there in the future.

Great customer service. I was new to the area and did not have a mechanic. I purchased a groupon or living social deal for an oil change here and they went above and beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable about my civic and explained future things that will need to be done to my car without being pushy about purchases. Highly recommended. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Have done business here several times. Knowledgeable on Subarus, and some other Japanese cars. While they need a little polish to get 5 stars, their heart is in the right place. They went the extra mile to keep the cost down, kept me informed as the repair progressed, and do good work. They aren’t the cheapest, but you likely don’t want the cheapest either. Recommended. Look for coupons on $ 20 oil changes.
