Bojangles

I was so excited when this Bojangles opened up. Unfortunately, each time I go here it continues to disappoint me. There’s no consistency with their food, either breakfast biscuits or family meals –and apparently not much training goes in to their young staff either as the customer service is poor. I question who is actually giving this place 5 stars. Please, please improve this place.

Food is always fresh, my order is always correct and the drive-​thru servers are always polite and efficient. I can sit in the same length of line at another fast food place and it take twice as long to get through as Bojangles. Cajun Filet Biscuit with cheese is the absolute best!

I rarely rate chain places like this, but after thirty or so visits I figure I owe them something! This is the closest fast food place near our house to get a decent biscuit, so every Saturday for four months I would stop by and get the southern fillet biscuit, which is their best one in my opinion. The staff, though, is what sets this apart since the food is homogenized. They are always courteous, all seem happy to work there, and when I was wearing my super nerdy Dalek «I need a hug» tshirt a manager came around the counter and hugged me. I’m not much of a hugger, but her failure to get the reference and give a hug struck me as pretty darn awesome all the same. Warning, though: if you order a «Coke» they will likely not tell you it’s Pepsi and just give it to you, and if you’re like me you would go months wondering why their Coke tastes so bad before walking in and figuring it out. Oh, and Patio Red Cherry is basically a melted cherry Icee if you’re into that sort of thing.

Friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. They’ve gotten my order correct in the drive thru both times I’ve visited.
