Great customer service. Perfect bounce house and really made my daughter’s birthday! I would rent from them again — - AND keep it overnight. She loved bouncing on it the next day in the morning– in her jammies!

The representative on the initial site survey kept confusing simple measurements. 100 inches does not equal 10 feet. There was also miscommunication about lighting services. We asked for string lights, but instead received flood lights. Nice, but not what we asked for. Scheduling for setup and breakdown was very cable-company-like. In our case, we were renting a facility and couldn’t commit to their dates and time windows. In the end, setup and breakdown went well. The customer representative, Mary, was patient and was able to answer dozens of questions over several calls.

Customer Service is extremely lacking. Mary refused us service because we chose not to get our tents from their location. Our order would have been over $ 2000.00 even without tents but she did not care. We asked if they could come to our location before we decided on another tent company to do measurements and to give us an idea of what we needed but it was refused and they would not come until 1 month prior to our reception as well as deposit received. We chose Classic Tent Events and they came to our location before a deposit was received and spend over an hour going over different ideas and gave us prices on the spot. Very disappointed with the customer service with Canton Canopies — I would not refer this company to anyone again!

My experience with Canton Canopies is varied. First, let me note the pros: local, wide variety of items, efficient with delivery and pick-up, and competitive prices. Customer service is another issue. When sent the wrong items, basically they tell you that it’s too bad. They have enough business and dont care about one less client. Now the cons: receptionist Mary is very rude and unprofessional depending on the day you call. It is hit or miss with her. Poor representative for the company. Manager Richard pretty much follows Mary’s lead. Doesn’t care if order wasnt as ordered and paid for. Overall, if you are looking for good prices but willing to sacrifice quality and customer service if there is a problem, then this is yor place. If not… I suggest taking your business to a more reputable company
