«A little more Suicidey than I thought» — to paraphrase a commercial. Easily, the first room I got was the worst that I’ve ever seen. I normally stick it out, but had to go back to the«office»(where you have to turn the doornknob in the exact right way). Went to the King Room that was slightly better. They advertise as starting at $ 29 a night to begin(I was alone with no requests). Ended up paying about $ 65 for a room that was comically bad. The thermostat(almost put that in quotes too) had no numbers or gauges on it. Didn’t work anyway. First room was filthy, and the second was just a step above. The doors don’t close unless you’re sure enough to latch them. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work. There was no literature about the town or even where to order take out. They did have a yellow pages that was eons old. No hot water in the AM, and I think I might have been the only tenant. Do you see that little hill next to the blue car? That is what the clerk jumped up to show me the«better» room. I can’t remember all of the bad things here because I decided to just hibernate for one night and leave. You don’t want to stay here unless you just escaped the prison down the road. I went to the job interview the next day and all seemed to be aghast that I chose to stay there. They shouldn’t charge more than $ 30 for their best rooms. You’ve been warned.

Old motel. Appears to be in the process of being remodeled. Had wifi… sorta. TV didn’t work. Harry the owner was very nice, room was clean, and A/C worked. Nothing fancy.
