I’m not sure if it was this location or what, but I’ve had Captain D’s and loved it and this was just bad. My wife ordered a salmon plate and it didn’t even look like real fish and the portions were small.

Very true that you only get what you pay for. I’ve had better at other locations. The place really needs to be cleaned. Walking through the front door you are hit with heat from the kitchen. That grease goes everywhere. The floor doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in quite awhile. I mean using something to break up the layer of grease. Same goes for the soda machine. Employee’s seem uninterested in helping. The condiments are self-serve, and this is a good thing. However, I after I received my order and went to get some tarter sauce, it was out. I found a girl and asked if I could get some, and she asked me to wait a minute. No problem… she then asked one of the guys behind the counter to grab it from the back. He seemed flustered on what to do. He finally went to the back, and came out a few minutes later and went back to handing out food at the drive-thru. Meanwhile my food is getting cold… She then went to the back, and came out a few minutes later. Loaded the bag, and got it working. When I was finally able to sit down to eat, my food was chilled. Looking at the plate I really felt like i made a mistake by stopping here. There were only about 15 fries, and 90% of those were very tiny. They do offer real silverware, but in a place this dirty I would rather eat with a plastic wrapped utensil. Again, you only get what you pay for, so don’t expect much.

Perspective: Franchise — Fast Food — Seafood. We ordered through the drive thru. I asked about getting a fish sandwich — they have 2 on their menu. I can’t remember the name, but I ordered the«small» sized one, and my son got the other one. We waited several minutes at the window for them to cook the fish — just to let you know, I am okay to wait for fish to get cooked — I don’t need worms in my gut. Because of this wait — which I was ok with — well, the person at the window wasn’t ok with the wait, so they threw in some free cake. Gee! Thanks! The«small» fish sandwich was twice the size of a Mcdonald Filet of fish, and the large one was twice as large of my sandwich. We enjoyed the fish sandwiches, we enjoyed the fries as they were very good, and we enjoyed the free chocolate cake.
