DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the corporate Verizon store just a few blocks east. Worst customer service ever at this place. They are only interested in their commission. Lied to us about the costs and told me my veterans discount was taken care of and when I called Verizon after receiving our bill, the discount was never taken off. And they threw in a «free» mobile hotspot and said there was no charge. Lie number 2. I was charged an activation fee and was going to be charged 20/​mo just to use the thing. Luckily I could return it within 14 days and not have to pay a deactivation fee. BUT, I was charged a $ 35 restocking fee for something they gave to me for free and will give away again for free. The reps there couldn’t have cared less. Again, DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING IT. –Verizon should take their name off this store if they knew what was good for them.
