Horrible customer service! Female rep ‘D’ is a smooth talker who added a screen protector when it wasn’t even wanted and charged $ 30.00 extra on bill for it. When she was told it wasn’t wanted to begin with and we wanted it removed she said it was too late. When asked a breakdown of the bill she said it would be $ 11.00 more each month for the phone. When we received the bill it was actually for a protection plan she just added on her own without asking. When confronted she wouldn’t admit to doing anything wrong. Don’t go to this Verizon store there’s forthright, honest ones out there but not this one!

My husband and I went in here and received just want I couldn’t get down the street at the ford rd(between lily and Haggerty) location. This store was nicer and more efficiently run. We were in and out in a matter of minutes and the salesman was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to a family member or friend. After being frustrated with arguing with a rep down the street at another store because he thought he knew everything, the salesman in this store was a breath of fresh air. Stop in here if you are a Verizon customer and ever need anything. The store was very well organized, presentable, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. They didn’t pressure me or make me feel obligated to buy anything. They were just willing to help.

Each time that I go to this location, I am impressed with the staff. The customer service I get from Greg D. is always stellar. Today, thank you Amber for your help with my iPad Air and my iPhone. You helped a middle-aged lady understand my devices without talking down to me or talking over my head and I appreciated it. This is what keeps me coming back to this store.
