Dangerous feeling atmosphere. Heard people fighting outside the first night. A man was being arrested the second night. The room wasn’t cleaned. When I told the manager about it — she said, «Housecleaning already left.» and walked away. When checking out — I asked for 50% off of the night I didn’t receive housecleaning. She the accused me of being racist. What a nightmare! Stay away!

Whenever I go anywhere I always get a Days Inn. The prices are competitively fair. I’ve never been in a nasty dirty one in there chain. Descent free breakfast in the morning. Always a safe bet in my book.

Everything close to Ann Arbor was booked up for graduation weekend, so we chose to stay here for the night. This is definitely a bare bones sort of place to lodge. No fold-out suitcase stand and no closet, just a little open section in the corner with a couple of hangers. But they did have a microwave, minifridge, and free WiFi. They only have four tiny tables in the free breakfast area, which got crowded really fast because the hotel was so booked up. Not a very impressive selection — packaged pastries, yogurt, cereal, and a waffle maker where the batter questionably dispenses from a machine. They didn’t have oatmeal or fresh fruit. But they also didn’t run out of water, coffee, or juice. Fairly convenient location off the highway, with a lot of restaurants and a Walmart in the area within a five minute drive. I agree with the 2.5 star rating. Not sure I would pay full price to stay here, but my mom was able to use points accrued from a timeshare to pay.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in… and we travel all over the U.S. and other countries. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I can’t find anything positive to say about this place. Walking into our room I noticed right off the smoke smell even though they say they have been smoke free for 5 years. You are not smoke free when you still have the same carpet, chairs, curtains and bedspread you have had for 30 years! That smoke is trapped until you update everything. The housekeeping was the worst I have ever experienced. They don’t know how to clean and one day they went in our room, got the dirty towels, straightened the sheets at the end of the bed and left. No towels, no cleaning, nothing! I was really upset when we got back later that evening and found we had NO towels. When I called to the front desk the lady was not nice about it. She told us to come get towels. When my husband went to get the towels she was on the phone, gave him two bath towels and nothing else. He then had to ask her if we could at least have a hand towel. It is not worth the $ 86 we paid each night. We searched for other hotels in the area but it was graduation weekend and nothing was available. Don’t stay here it is not worth your time or money.

This place is okay, nothing fancy but the house keepers do there best and try to keep everyone happy. Good for the cost.

Perfect hotel for the cost. Nothing fancy but has a nice balcony on the upper level floors. If you want you can walk to Wendy’s because it’s pretty much in the parking lot which could be both a good and bad thing… The staff was nice and let me stay an extra hour after checkout free of charge. Breakfast is OK. Newer TV in room with fridge and microwave. Everything was pretty clean. Good location and easy to get to.

I, the wife, am fussy about hotels(since learning about bed bugs) but I thought it was a good deal for one late night stay($ 60). This place didn’t do well to make me un-fussy. 1– Upon entrance, the room smell TERRIBLE! Even though it is a non-smoking room, look like previous guest broke the rule… minus 1 star 2– Washroom reeked of urine… minus 1 more star 3– TV remote? Broken. And then when it was replaced, the new remote didn’t want to work. We didn’t bother notifying the front desk again… minus another star 4– The continental breakfast that is included… very poor quality and very limited(no eggs or toasts or anything like that. They do have bagels or Raisin Bran cereal but we weren’t too crazy about it. So… minus yet another star. All this made me concern about how well the hotel take care of their guests– do they update their mattress(eliminating spread of bed bugs)? I am concerned that their answer is the same as my 1-star review: «We think not.» Then in that case… I won’t be back. OR… it could be just that I have one of the worse room for the deal. In that case, stay away from Room #303.

This hotel is reasonable priced and you get a pretty decent breakfast included. The staff at this hotel are VERY nice. Anything we needed they were happy to do. The hotel is nothing fancy, and the location is not the greatest if you are staying for a few days(it’s a 5 – 10 minute drive to shopping). The pool is not fancy but there is enough seating. The water is clean but very cold. They provide plenty of clean towels at the pool. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t need anything fancy, just a clean room with a friendly staff.
