Dollar Tree

I don’t care for dollar stores too much, but when I need to go to one I go to the Dollar Tree Chain. This dollar tree was a lot like others I have been to. Pretty clean, well organized, and with a variety of things to purchase. They have a great selection of gift bags (which is what I ususally go in there to purchase) and some pretty nice vases. This last visit I was there to purchase a few balloons for my co-​workers birthday. They have a pretty nice selection (birthday, get well, congrats, etc). You can’t beat the price!
Location is great the service was pretty good. It’s worth a trip.

I’m not a real «penny pincher» but you really don’t have to spend $ 15.00 on shampoo or /​conditioner… Or spend $ 5.00 on toothpaste! If you are watching your enemies like most of us have to these days, you can get a lot of those «necessities» that we all hate spending our monies on… here at the «Dollar store»!
I realized that I can save so much on these things and others. For example you can get dish soap and soft soap…“girlie” necessities and even band aids! They even have name brand stuff! Don’t forget kids birthday parties too. It’s great for that and at Xmas time, those stocking stuffers! Have fun!!! I even got some great lip gloss and nail art polish for painting small designs on my nails just like at the salon!

Dollar Tree is a nice dollar store with very many items. Some products are better than others but it’s one of the nicest dollar stores.
I would NOT recommend the food, home decorations and toys. These products are especially low quality. But they have good products as far as Party supplies for example Napkins, Plates, Invitations and we always get balloons here. It’s a nice place to get cheap greeting cards, calenders or even some office supplies.
The customer service is about average. They are not very helpful but what can you expect from a dollar store? Most of them are working the Check outs anyway. Some things are unorganized but a plus is you know everything is a dollar.

Call me frugal. I am. I am not suggesting you stock up on food here or heaven forbid use them as your primary source for home décor but there are things you can go cheap on and still appreciate.
If you have received a present from me in the last eight years you have gotten one in a gift bag I purchased here, the tissue paper was from here too, ribbons, bows, heck maybe even the card.
You can find a box of plain envelopes here for a buck. Cheapie spatulas, egg timers or other silly tools. I have bought coffee mugs or a reusable bowl, plate or real silverware for work, a dish for a potluck party so I don’t have to worry if I get it back. These sort of things are all great.
When I was teaching I got great things for the preschoolers here. You would be shocked. No not toys but objects for sensory play and projects. Tin foil, colorful hair gel, beads to put in our homemade musical shakers and the like. Measuring tools and cups for experiments. Containers to organize supplies. Lots of colors of posterboard. I even got a 10 for 1.00 deal on seed packets that grew awesome things in our school garden.
So no, I am not saying they are top notch goods but they have some practical type steals if you look. Usable things that you need not care if they do not last or are not the most stylish. This particular Dollar Tree always seems to have something that works.

Dollar Tree is a big dollar store and it sells a variety of products like supplies, food, etc. I like to buy the office supplies and dishware sold here.
