I will never shop at the store again I was followed around the store by a secret shopper everywhere I went she went finally I had enough and told her while you’re busy following me there are people stealing you blind bitch get a life I have more money than you make and a year in my pocket don’t go there if you’re black they follow you around

I have a confession to make. I have never been to Marshalls in my life. I always imagined junky, unorganized product. I was half wrong. It’s not junky. In fact I found 2 very nice pairs of shoes. But it was like i wasted half a day as i rummaged through everything. Maybe it was because it was my first time there, but it was daylight when I went in and pitch black when I came out. Not sure if my schedule will allow me to become a regular here, but I’ll probably check it out again soon. Who doesn’t love a bargain?

Store employees don’t know what they’re doing. Manager wasted half an hour of my time because she didn’t know whether to accept my tax exemption id. She made several calls then tells me there is another manager that I need to wait for. She will be in in an hour. She ended up not taking my id. Bad customer service. Also, men’s department is a mess. Poorly organized. I’d never go back

I buy all my gym clothing from Marshall’s! There’s no point in going to Kohls when I can get the same thing at Marshall’s for cheaper. I have found that it can be a little unorganized but the point of the store is to put clothes out and give ppl the opportunity to find diamonds in the rough. It’s rather exhilarating!

Marshall’s is the Plain Jane to TJ Maxx, the fashionable store, and Homegoods, the exotic store. They are all owned by the same company so if you have struck out at the other two, come to Marshall’s. I was able to find the last plate of a service here.

I love shopping at Marshall’s! It is usually the first place I look if I am in need of something, and am happy when I can find it there, as you typically can’t find the exact thing somewhere cheaper. My teenage daughters like to shop there too!

I like marshalls and this is just great! But staff is a little up tight. And they have a great variety of shoes, but not organized, which makes it a pain to find the size u r looking for

One of my favorite department stores in the Canton area! They offer a variety of items like apparel, handbags, home decorations, and a bit of beauty products like styling products and bar soaps. They also have name brand items like Ralph Lauren and CHI. I like how Marshalls is inexpensive and I particularly love shopping for their shoes and clothes.
