Good luck getting an appointment and dealing with the receptionist. She’s a piece of work. Rude and condescending. Reading other reviews, looks like she has been rude to a lot of patients. She actually said «sweetie, you will have to wait another couple of months for an appointment». That was after my appointment got canceled because the doctor changed her schedule. Not worth my time dealing with them. Very bad customer service!

I absolutely love Dr.Falany. I had a procedure to have an IUD inserted and did so under anesthesia. The worst part about this practice is the receptionists. Scheduling this appointment was a NIGHTMARE. The receptionists, who have no medical knowledge, gave me information about my procedure that was incorrect. I cannot understand why they would even be permitted to give me this information when it is abundantly clear they have NO idea what they are talking about. My appointment was also rescheduled for an hour later than it was originally scheduled, and I was not notified. The receptionists told me that the scheduler must have «forgotten to call and let me know.» While in the waiting room I also saw a receptionist give another person incorrect information, which the nurse had to come out and clear up. These receptionists were extremely frustrating to say the least and to be blunt, somewhat incompetent as well as way out of line in discussing medical procedures they know nothing about. The only other complaint I had was that while waiting to be put under I had about three nurses who entered the room, never introducing themselves, who all looked under my drape (at my vagina) for no apparent reason. I myself am a CNA and am trained to always introduce myself and when looking at something uncomfortable let the patient know the reason why and make sure they are comfortable. It was unsettling, made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable and almost made me feel like an object. I am sure they knew I would remember upon waking up, so I’m not sure what possible reason there could be for this. Not to be dramatic, but I felt very violated and disrespected. I know that it was unprofessional, made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable and in my doctors office would never be acceptable behavior. Aside for these issues with the staff, Dr. Falany is so nice and so caring. I could not speak more highly of her. My procedure was done excellently, however my experience with these nurses has really left a bad taste in my mouth.
