The staff at Harvey and Lewis are beyond professional, helpful and honest. I am a first time progressive user and Jessica helped me from start to end, from picking out the right frame, going over the details of the lens options, and thoroughly explaining to me what to expect as a first time progressive. Her knowledge was impeccable and she had my trust. I just recently picked them up and delighted to say. I LOVE THEM! Thank you for all the help :)

It’s really hard to come by people who are really passionate and enthusiastic about their job. With that said, I came to Harvey and Lewis looking for a new pair of glasses. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica. I’ve always had such trouble finding glasses that actually looked good on me. But with Jessica’s help and knowledge I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses. I couldn’t be happier. We need more people like her in every workplace, friendly, professional and knowledgable. Thank you Jessica!

Good news, this store is able to get my glasses fixed. The only drawback is that the part has to be ordered and it will take a few more days. Can’t wait to get my glasses fixed!
