I’m surprised to see so many 5 star reviews, so maybe my incident is isolated, let’s hope, but I am under impressed at the arrangement I received. For the price that was paid, it’s almost embarrassing. My arrangement was made wrong, and while I do think FTD owns part of that issue, FTD was the only one to make it right. This florist was contacted by FTD since what was ordered was not what was delivered, and they never responded to fix the problem. FTD then pulled the order from Keller & Stein, and sent it to another florist to deliver what should have been sent in the first place. While this florist is quite a distance from my home, I would think twice about ordering from them again.

I wanted to purchase some flowers for my grandpa’s funeral service. I just wanted something simple that was pretty, colorful, and a full arrangement. It didn’t need to be big but I wanted a array of different flowers. I looked in the books they had and picked a couple of arrangements. But they didn’t have enough flowers to make any of the arrangements in the books I picked. So they asked me how much I wanted to spend. I spent $ 80 including delivery which was about $ 12. Don’t get me wrong they did have limited time to make the arrangement. I came In The day before. So they delivered the flowers to next day and I was very disappointed. There were like 4 roses, 3 snap dragons, and some other flowers. They lilies they put in weren’t even open and the arrangement just looked sad. I seriously could have bought flowers on my own from Sam’s club or even Kroger for a cheaper price and they would of looked way better. The service was good but very disappointed with the actual arrangement. I was told that the designer would make them beautiful and this was not the case …

My first stop here was 30 minutes before closing and I needed six flower arrangements. I knew I was pushing the limits with the time constraint but I thought I’d give it a go. I’m so glad I did because I got 6 beautiful arrangements and the woman who helped me did a great job without rushing me out the door! Even Stein the cat took some time to say hello. Apparently, Stein the cat was rescued 13 years ago and has been in the flower shop ever since.

Came to have them make a floral arrangement for a friend of mine. I brought a vase and asked for roses for $ 20. They ended up filling the vase with six roses, greenery and baby’s breath and it was beautiful! The shop can clearly do weddings, funerals, parties, and other special events.
They have beautiful items for gifts (candles, prints, etc).
The staff were very friendly and helpful! It’s a beautiful shop in Canton!

Amazing service! I went in just before they closed the day before Mother’s Day! They treated me wonderfully even though they must have been so tired. Everyone had smiles and they greet you as soon as you walk through their doors. I will patronize them, again!

The service here is excellent! We ordered our wedding flowers from here and they turned out perfectly. Plus, my bouquet lasted for well over a week following the wedding. They’ve recently moved out of their old location on Michigan avenue and are currently situated on Canton Center, near the post office. I hope they do well in their new location!

The people at Keller and Stein take great care of me whenever I need to buy flowers for my wife, which is more often than I care to admit. Their potted plants and arrangements always look great. They might cost more than the discount florists, but there is something to be said for customer service and listening to my needs.

I have used Keller and Stein for years for all of the business stuff that I have sent, and never been disappointed.
Recently, I needed to send flowers for my mom’s retirement, and they were gorgeous! Unfortunately, I also had to send flowers to a co-​worker in the hospital, But those were delivered same day, and beautiful as well.
Their prices are higher then say, Thrifty, or other florists. While not outrageous, they are higher. For the higher price, you get customer service that can’t be beat. You can call them, tell them the personality of the person you are sending flowers to, and they will make great recommendations. My son was in a play and I wanted to get him flowers, but not «girly» flowers. I just walked in to K&S and within minutes I had a cute little arrangement in his high school colors that he wasn’t embarrassed to receive in front of the other kids.
One caveat –when they ask you what price range you are looking for, they don’t include delivery in that price. If you want to spend $ 40 total, make sure you specify your amount including delivery.
