My wife has been to this store’s Canton location several times in the past and has always come out as a satisfied customer. Today, she went there and received assistance above and beyond what one would normally expect.
The store manager assisted my wife personally in choosing several selections. She want back and forth between the dressing room where my wife stayed and the sales floor until she satisfied all of my wife’s needs.
Not only was my wife’s experience positive, as an observer, I was extremely pleased with the attention my wife received.

I do not know what happened to this location however the selection is the WORST! If you’re looking for casual don’t waste your time.

I love the Loft but this store is getting a one star rating because the customer service was terrible. I was profiled because of my age and the clothing I was wearing as I was apparently was not up to their standards as I was the only customer, for over twenty minutes, not approached once by a sales person. I will never return to this store.
