Did have a problem on 5÷25÷2016, but after writing the complaint on their web site they contacted me and the problem was resolved to more then my satisfaction. Good going Lowes hoping not to have an other problem when I go there again

After waiting for 20 minutes, then having an employee call for assistance in the paint department, waiting another 10 minutes, pressing the need help button 16 times, and still receiving zero assistance, I will never be back. I’ll gladly go to Home Depot directly down the street. It is evident as to why there are no customers in the store.

My grill box was damaged, but the female clerk in the dept assured me it was fine. It was the last in stock. Must have been her x ray vision. Of course it has a large dent and now I need to pack it all up and find a different store with this expensive item. If you don’t know, say so. Clueless. And no check out clerks either– in April yet.

We just finished a major bathroom project that required multiple visits to Lowes. Thy were awesome at every step Brian is the MAN. He was patient, provided great advice and made it easy even for a novice like me. Eric was also very helpful. So much better working with them than my experience at the other big box hard ware store.

I love this Lowe’s… Have always had great customer service and great products. When we lived in our home in Dexter we had purchased plants, and flowers for our landscaping. When we moved into a temporary condo and needed a fireplace for the drafty, cold, finished basement, we got it at Lowe’s and love it! When we moved to our new home in Canton we purchased a overn, stove, microwave, and fridge from this Lowe’s. They are all great.
Customer service has all been great. Lowe’s is a great place to go to if you are purchasing a new home, renovating an «old home» or just need a little something for your apartment, condo, townhome or trailer!
They have everything from barbecue sauce to sump pumps!

Bought a washer, dryer, grill and a fire pit. Had them delivered and they did not bring the dryer or the fire pit. Brought the dryer the next day and I went in to pick up the fire pit. Low and behold they can’t find our fire pit. After making me wait 30 minutes they gave me the one they had for a display. I do like the store, but trying to forget the above experience.

As many fellow home owners do I make my seemingly weekly, and at times more often, pilgrimages to the home improvement store of choice. This location has been the one I frequent the most.
Staff here is generally good. Some departments tend to have more knowledgable personnel than others. They typically have enough stock on hand to find whatever I need.
They must do a considerable volume because they tend to not have the clearance items that the Westland store has. Overall I have been very happy with the store once I was dealing with the people who are most knowledgable.
The Lowes return policy is fantastic.
