most times the service for a big mac takes to long. how hard is just a big mack? the sign says billions served everyday.
I hate this place. a few times I went in only to be ignored for 2 minutes. I looked the nerdy fat slob of a manager in her eye to tell her how long I waited see never got it.
I will be back but not as much anymore

This place sucks! Every time I go there they mess up my food and take forever about it. Id rather go to the one on west tusc. Like today I went and ordered three mcchickens, a medium fry and a large coke. When I got home I discovered 2 mcchickens, a double cheese burger, no fries and a large dr pepper. Seriously?!? How hard is it to put the right stuff in bags? And you people want $ 15/​hr… Smh.

Visit at least once a week needs work a better system perhaps one day they gave away my order without me realizing. They had to make another… pretty good deal for the other guy only ordered one sandwich walked out with my order that was at least 4x more expensive I think he only order one sandwich and I was ordering for 2. Anyway it’s just an average place food is average speed average employees are generally friendly so above average system is below average or flawed line is better get some ropes in there! Still it’s ok with me.

I’ve waited a very long time before considering how I must review this location…
…Even after a recent personnel change, the overall service get’s a D grade from me and perhaps a few others. Has the generation of quality customer service vanished into the obis? The drive thru service which gets a «C» does surpass the indoor service… How can anyone mess up an order of 2 breakfast burritos, 1 coffee and 1 senior (citizen’s) tea while still waiting 6 minutes for those simple items at nearly every visit. I visit other McDonald’s who are much busier whose services is so much more efficient. Who trains the managers? I don’t blame the front line as they are merely a reflection of their leaders.
McDonald’s has always been known for great value, however brace yourself at this location when you are in a hurry, or just want a simple Saturday breakfast during a less busy time.
