This is by far my favorite coffee house. Not the greatest pastries compared to others I’ve had in New York or San Francisco however if you combine Muggswigz tranquil atmosphere along with their espresso you can’t give this place less than 5 stars. There are many places similar but none that I can call my own, except Muggswigz.

This is a fun, unique joint that seems to attract a lot of locals and long time patrons. I have found it to be a very nice place not just for coffee but to lounge around at and get snacks. It has somewhat of a historic vibe to it and the service has always been great. Zero complaints.

This was my first stop in and I was hoping to see comfy couches and cozy seating but hard uncomfortable chairs were all that was there. The coffee was good and the staff was nice but the atmosphere was not what I was hoping to find. Also, foam cups… Noooooo.

I have been going here for over a decade and love the atmosphere. The ONLY complaint that I have about this place is that, unless you have cash, you end up buying extra crap to meet the debit card minimum for your purchases, thank God for the biscotti right next to the cash register, heh heh. ;) Some of my favorites here are the French kiss and the peanut butter libswigg. Little tip– on Tuesday nights, they have open mic night and I used to get some of my best anat & phys studying in on these nights. It’s just so chill and relaxed. Love it.

This place is amazing. Funky vibe and atmosphere. Yes it is 8n downtown Canton but, downtown Canton is not as bad as the rap it gets. Needless to say the place is simply amazing. I had the «vanilla cloud» words can not do justice to my delight in this drink.

A wonderful blend of classic coffee house and Internet café. You’re greeted by knowledgeable baristas who will help you determine what drink you want if don’t go in knowing you want your «usual». They offer free WiFi and plenty of electrical outlets to plug into. The atmosphere is jovial and relaxed. They have coffee, tea, handmade syrups, and brewing supplies available for purchase. They also host evening gatherings like an open mike night.
Visiting Muggswigz is one of the highlights of my trip when I come to Canton.

An excellent stop for your coffee needs. Located downtown and easy access for you to stop by. The coffee is well done and cooked just right. Many choices for coffee, tea as well as other drinks. Breads, biscotti’s and other delightful treats. They are open early and late for those who need the extra time. Always a pleasure able stop for us. Our shop is located a few blocks away and we enjoy the benefit.

This is my first visit to Muggswigz and I was shocked to see an awesome coffee shop in Canton, Oh. I loved their menu/​options and I think they have the best coffee ever. I got their Double Café Latte with sugar free caramel and it was delicious. Best place to hangout in Canton, Oh. Purfect.

After deciding not to frequent chain businesses so often, I always try to find authentic places to dine when I travel. I must say, I really enjoy this spot. The service is quick, the workers are nice, knowledgable and really take pride in their job and products. After telling the barista it was my first time visiting, he informed me that all of the flavoring a and syrups where made in house and I would find that their drinks taste like no other. A customer behind me concurred and I must say that I do as well. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Lots of natural lighting that really helps when you are trying to knock out homework. It was bit of a drive from my hotel but I do not mind. Next time I’m in town I’m sure I’ll be back!

So I went here because Unilocal told me that their coffee was the greatest. Well, the reviewers didn’t lie. The aroma of coffee smacked me in the face when I opened the door and it prepared me for the glorious coffee which ensued.
The lady behind the counter was attractive with her glasses and red pants, which elevated my coffee buying experience.
Would stop here again if I ever stop in Canton again.

Based on the USA Today «Best Coffeehouse» ranking, I decided to try this place when I was in Canton. I was in Canton to fly out of the Akron-​Canton airport. I am so glad I stopped! I got a salted caramel latte. It looked almost too pretty to drink (see picture). It was delicious! My son got a hot chocolate and let me try it. It was super good — it was not your average run-​of-​the-​mill hot chocolate, it was very thick and the chocolate was super yummy. I don’t get to Canton very often, but when I do, I’m going to make sure to schedule a stop here.

The quality of the coffee is good, but the way the owner treats his employees from what I’ve heard from current and past employees has made me uncomfortable continuing my patronage. I’ve come to care about the many I’ve come to know there, and to think they aren’t happy and just can’t afford to move on saddens me.
The baristas I’ve met are talented, kind and a reason to go. The owner though through his treatment and polices are a bit over the top and I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

I must preface this review by saying its a little biased– Jessica, the barista who served me was so nice I think I fell in love.
I ordered a peppermint mocha and she said they were out of peppermint syrup, but she had some of her own peppermint, and improvised. It was delicious. I just love that she went above and beyond on top of being generally very friendly.
The shop itself is very cool too, but the other reviews already cover that.

This used to be a great place to hang out, chill with friends, or even study but has since turned into a very pretentious and loud hang out.
Probably will NOT be heading back there anytime soon.
