Such a negative and unhelpful place. I felt like they didn’t care for my business or helping find the best plan/​phone for me. It felt like they had better things to do. I’ll never go back there.

This experience was a few months ago, but I bought 2 phones and was adamant that no insurance was to be added, I told the salesman 3 times that I wanted nothing to do with insurance and he just kept nodding his head. It was a few days later that I logged onto my account and noticed I had been enrolled into insurance. I had been specifically looking for this because a week before The same thing happened at another Sprint store to my brother. With a little investigation we seen my brothers salesman bragging on Twitter about their district being #1 in the country in upsales. The worst part is their intention concealment of the wrong doing by not giving me any paperwork on the transaction as they are supposed to, I find this out after the fact. Check your cell phone bill, if you want insurance and it is there, that is fine. If you don’t want insurance and you are paying for it, the salesman actually committed a crime, fraud, do of it what you wish.
