I was on a short visit to Canton and having issues with my phone charging. The employees there(Jason and Rachel) were really nice and friendly. They had a good sales attitude… as someone who has worked in retail, I can appreciate a SALESPERSON who actually attempts to sell, even if you come to their store with an issue, not necessarily looking to buy. While I didn’t purchase anything, they DID help me out by letting me charge my phone there while I shopped the mall. The only reason I didn’t purchase anything was because I need to visit the store where I purchased my phone so I can get it swapped out. But overall, I left feeling good about this particular location, thanks to Jason and Rachel.
