I received such Terrible horrible customer service from Carolina. I called up there to speak with Mike M and this female put me on hold for 20 minutes! ! She Didn’t have the decency to pick up the phone and let me know he was busy or take my info to have him call me back!!! I called back and she couldn’t even apologize for having me on hold for so long. To top it all off she had the nerve to hang up on me. I’ve been a customer with t-​mobile for 8 years and I have NEVER been handled in this manner. I will be sure to contact customer service about this.
