The moment i walked into this place I was already relaxed. Their décor is beautiful and modern. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and professional and the person who takes care of me was also great.

I was walking at the mall and i saw uniqlaser center right next to gap store. Since i always shop at this mall i decided to go in and get some information about laser hair removal. As soon as i walked in i was impressed with the modern design and stuff welcomed me right away. I asked so many questions regarding laser hair removal and they were very knowledgable. I purchased 8 laser hair removal package and booked my appointment. Next day when i went for my session stuff was very helpful and nice. They explained how the treatment will be and what to expect. I love this place and i cant wait to go back for the rest of the treatments.

I got burned when I got the treatment and the girl gave me an ice pack to go because it was very pain full and said that if I’m not feeling good the next day call us let us know, I reply, how long have you been doing this she said 5 years I said ok and walked out. I got a phone call the next day from the manger and I thought how nice they are calling to see how I’m doing, well actually I got attacked over the phone they told me that I insulted her coworker. I was like excuse me!!! She said that her coworker called her yesterday crying telling her that I asked how long she had been doing this ??? I thought that was a common question any one would ask with or with out a burn or service. she kept telling me that she went to school you didn’t. If she knows what she is doing I shouldn’t have been burned and actually I was almost over it and I thought your calling to apologize but you know I got a bad service and also bad customer service today I’m not going there ever again.

I’m so happy! I had never been here before, and I have had some experiences at other places before that made me a bit skeptical of injections. Nothing bad had happened, just lots of money spent with not-​so-​great results. Here at the uniQ laser spa, I got exactly what I asked for… perfection! (Well, as perfect as I can be with my genes. haha).

I live in CT but was visiting my sister in MA and decided to schedule laser hair removal treatment at UniQlaser because my sister went there for VelaShaping and was raving about her experience. I have to agree, they were great. The place is beautiful, so pretty and stylish… And most important… meticulously clean. The staff was so nice & welcoming. I have never had any treatment like this before so they explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I already scheduled my next few treatments for the times I will be back in MA. I’m not really one to write reviews but I felt like I had to let everyone know what a gem this place really is. Can’t wait to try the VelaShaping next!
