Jody & owner were very nice. Owner was very knowledgeable. The receptionist did have attitude at times. Overall i was satisfied but was not happy one side of my lip came out lumpier than the other and they honestly did not care.

While I haven’t actually gotten any services through them, I just have to post that I and my friend saw some great Groupons for this place. I have an appt. already booked with my dermatologist and this, even with only being allow ONE Groupon per NEW customer(my friend hasn’t been there in over a year and I was told she could not get a Groupon), this would have saved me about $ 300-$ 400. I tried calling but could never get them and their hours were all over the place. I emailed, got an email back and was told to call them. I asked them to please call me. I got a vm from Patty, which I called right back. When asking about the Groupon, I was told by Patty they have NOTHING to do with the Groupon. I thought that was strange. I found Patty to be unprofessional and borderline rude. I told her she had lost this place a potential customer or two. I’m keeping my appt. with my dermatologist.

Great place! I had Jody Dube administer Juvederm and could not be happier with her or my results. A lovely nurse practitioner, Jody was friendly, competent and very knowledgeable. I was in great hands with her. I highly recommend this spa and Jody. I will definitely be back!

so here is my experience: i found a great deal that they were offering on groupon, after i purchased it, i called them made an appointment for Friday at 4 pm, on thursday they called to confirm the appointment, everything seemed great so far, i arranged a babysitter for my 14 month old, i map-quested it it was around 35 min but it took me one hour to get there, i was so exited that for the first time in my life i went half an hour before my appointment, the door was closed i called them nobody was answering, so i waited by the door for an hour and nobody showed up. i went next door to ask if they have any idea about their hours of operations…, they said they have a very weird schedule. the traffic coming back was just horrible it took me almost 2 hours to get back home. they just ruined m day.

I got a groupon for 40 units of botox. i have had botox several times before. I was disappointed in the results. I have had better results using less botox. And considering this was 4th time with botox(1st here) I would have expected 40 units to be more than enough. The results that I got seem like 28 to 30 units not 40. The last time I got it done I only had 35 units and it looked better than when I got it done here. With that said. The lady who waited on me was very nice and friendly. I really did not want to write this review, because I did like her so much. But considering I am going to book a second appointment with someone else to get the results I usually get(which I shouldn’t have to do), I thought I would let people know.

I just wanted to add an update of my results so far. I have actually went for my 2nd visit about 3 – 4 weeks ago and brought my Mom to get the same service because she noticed such a great improvement in my skin. So today we again for her second visit. We both had the same positive results. Definitely a huge difference, the dark bigger spots are either entirely gone or faded. I no longer wear liquid foundation to cover my spots although I still wear a sheer powder foundation for work or if I’m going out but on a normal day I don’t even have to wear any. The lighter pigments that are still left and aren’t as noticeable as before but I still want to get rid of it so I mentioned that to the the doctor and she did said the lighter ones are harder to go away and may take longer and suggested chemical peel to even it out. I get microderms regularly so I’ll continue to do that. My mom’s pigments were darker than mine to begin with and she received several compliments. We’ll definitely keep going as needed.
