My husband and I started seeing Dr Cohen last year and we both find her to be wonderful. Her staff/​front office is great and responsive. The exam with Dr Cohen as the most comprehensive exam I have been through since I went to the eye doctor at a fairly young age (8 – 10 years old). She was the first doctor to ever exam the inside of my eyelids (don’t fret she simply flips them over and looks at them) and explain what she was looking for. Dr Cohen is sociable and fun — chatting throughout the exam to keep things moving along. I love the ability to order contacts online and the prices are comparable to all of the other sites where you have to go through the bother of having the company verify your prescription with the doctor. I also like that she has what appears to be the best and newest technology. For example, she doesn’t have to dilate pupils, she has the ability to do imaging (for a small additional cost because insurance won’t cover it). I was willing to pay rather than spending my afternoon walking into walls and not being able to work because everything was fuzzy.
My husband also went to see Dr Cohen and similar to another poster he also was tested for glaucoma because his imaging showed something off. It was explained to him and he opted for the additional testing. He felt that everything was explained and he understood what his options were for the issues presented.
I used to go to the big chain stores and I felt ripped off after seeing what I could get for service with Dr Cohen.

We have been going to Dr Cohen as a family for the past 4 years now and found the whole office to be extremely professional, helpful and wonderful.
Dr Cohen herself is very knowledgeable, personable and goes out of her way to give you ample information about your tests, results etc which goes a long way in building trust and establishing a comfort level.

I have found Dr. Cohen to be thorough, thoughtful and up-​to-​date. I appreciate how she is willing to be creative in helping me stay in contacts as long as I possibly can. The staff is always pleasant. I read the review suggesting that Dr. Cohen is interested in optimizing billing to insurance companies and after seeing her for 6 years my experience has been totally different. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was not particularly happy with this treatment. Two stars for a very good, thorough eye exam. However, it isn’t really comforting when one of the first things she asks her assistant in front of me is «what kind of insurance does she have?» To me, she was determining what additional treatments should could do and bill to my insurance.
Indeed, the eye exam began. Upon review of the intraocular pressure, it was high. That’s always been the case… it’s because I have thicker corneas than average. She said there was «something on my optic nerve» that worried her so she wanted to do a full screen for glaucoma. I’m like, fine. So the first test measures or takes into account thickness of corneas to get «true reading» of intraocular pressure. At that point, it was determined that my intraocular pressure fell into normal range. high, but high normal. Fine. But I still sat through a couple of other tests. After completing the tests (that were conducted by assistant) I was all set to leave but the Dr was already with another pt.
She scared the heck out of me by suggesting I had glaucoma and then didn’t report the results of all of the multiple tests I underwent. Very unprofessional indeed. It just made me uneasy.
I also got charged $ 100 for this exam, for a «contact lens fit test.» SCAM. I have never been charged that much, if anything, for a contact lens fit test.
So I was there for about 2 hours at the most and she made hundreds of dollars.
I won’t return. $ seems to be the primary motivator there, not patient care.

I went to Dr. Cohen today for the first time. She is great. Her staff is great and very helpful. The office is welcoming, flexible and friendly. The office has so many choices for eye wear! Great experience.

I went to Dr. Cohen back in April for my annual eye exam. She’s great. Dr. Cohen was very thorough and my exam lasted about an hour and a half. The exam also included contact lens fitting. I spent another hour picking out new glasses. I ended up buying my contacts online because it was cheaper. Everybody in the office is very friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I switched doctors.
