Outstanding customer service! Went today with my husband for the first time because we were in the mood to try something new and we were most impressed with how kind the staff were to us and everybody in the restaurant. They went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect and to make sure everybody was happy. Also, the bread they use here is super yummy and fresh. Generous helpings of meat and toppings and a good cheese selection. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Interesting way to order your sub, but it was worth trying. My turkey club was pretty good; I should have not added the avocado since I had mayo, but the overall taste was good. Will go back and try it again.

Really impressed! Pulled into shopping center to try that other sandwich place, decided for something new. I see most of the previous reviews about the ordering system — it isn’t as simple as others, but it is different — completely customized sandwich. Friendly staff, would absolutely come back.

Best sub I had in a while. Prepared exactly as ordered and toasted to perfection. Staff was friendly. Great assortment of fixings and very fresh.

We came in on a Friday evening because we didn’t want to wait 60 minutes at Brooklyn Joe’s. We ordered 3 kids sandwiches &2 adult. I got the small turkey club & could only eat half. I liked the bread. Tasted fresh. I also had the house chips which were good. My husband order the medium gyro. He had it heated & really liked it. We spent $ 34. The sodas & chips were reasonably priced. We will come back. We didn’t have the issues the other reviewers did.

We’ve eaten here 4 times. I always do an online order and send someone to pick up. This time they completely screwed up the sandwiches, gave the wrong size cups,(per the order) didn’t have the voodoo chips that come with the po boy. The po boy was supposed to be large which I paid for, and the bread was off tasting today. The chicken sub I got was large and supposed to be medium. $ 28 for 2 incorrect subs, crappy«house» chips and 2 medium drinks. Last time I’ll eat there. UPDATE: the manager emailed an apology which was really nice. I can see that he cares. As for a return, I’m not sure it’ll happen any time soon.

A little pricey. They didn’t want to honor their satisfaction guarantee on their cups of if you don’t like it they will remake, refund, or both. My daughter didn’t like the BLT because it is crumbled bacon not strips & it tasted weird to her. I bought her another sandwich & eventually they refunded one sandwich. Oh their bread is sub-par just crumbled after being heated. Place was clean & had a 91 for health score. Probably won’t go back we wanted to try it & did not worth all the hipe.

The idea is very kitsch. You come in and fill in the dots on your sandwich bag. Then you hand the bag to the guy behind the counter, and a few minutes later you’re eating your personally prepared sandwich. You can then sit and color on the back of a sandwich bag to display on the wall. The design of the place is very family friendly hipster, which appeals to me. So what about the actual dining experience? Well, as the name suggests, they are a superior sandwich. They have a variety of options that will make even the most ambivalent diner’s mouth water. The staff is polite and are pleased to assist you. Perhaps my favorite aspect is the patio dining. You can now enjoy your delicious meal under in the tender climate that Georgia has to offer, which is a substantial proposition to say the least. Now the down side. Drink selection is abysmal. Of all the places that could benefit from a Coke freestyle machine, this place is one of them. I am also a bit upset at the cost to benefit ratio. When I pay that much for a sandwich, I expect it to be top notch, yet there are some problems. I think the problem would be resolved be either lowering the price or delivering on the promise made by that crazy price. Take the Gyro, for example, a pricy sub made of a very bland tasting meat. Otherwise, I highly recommend Which Wich, just not everyday if you are eating on a budget.
