was feeling nostalgic with this location not having been here in almost 20 years. Food was standard Arby’s fare, it might have helped if they had a working air conditioner and cleaner bathrooms, but what can you expect for an Arby’s

Arby’s so gross. I know that fast food is generally frozen, but you shouldnt be able to taste the freezer burn on your jalepeno poppers. In addition to the food being gross, the actual location looks so dirty and junky.

Had an Arby’s craving last night. Went here and ordered through the drive thru. The cashier working last night was incredibly RUDE. My husband said, «hello how you doing tonight» and the cashier didn’t answer him no response nothing… Now I can see if he didn’t hear him I would probably understand but it did not end there… The rudeness continued to the end of the transaction. There was no thank you at the end of the purchase and my husband said«thanks have a good one». Nothing this guy should NOT be working in customer service. Not only was he rude but he totally ruined the Arby’s experience. Why would we want to spend our money at Arby’s if it doesn’t seem as if they appreciate our money. The disgruntled employee certainly didn’t seem as if he liked his job. P. S. Just looked at my receipt CSHRJOSE G. Thanks for the awful customer service. Have a good one.

Food was OK, my beef and cheddar sandwich had only a small spot of cheddar on it though, so I’m a bit disappointed. Probably will not return to this location.

Haven’t been to one in years, food was fine but the bathroom has no lock on door so use with caution.

This Arby’s is pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is fresh and very good(the Arby’s sauce is addictive); the food is pricy for fast food but it tastes a lot better and it’s different than going to a standard fast food burger joint.

I used to go to this arby’s in the early 90’s quite often. For years I never went then decided to make a trip here with a friend in 2005 and realized this place aint that cheap. Beef n chedder sandy, curly fries and a drink came out to somewhere in the $ 7 range, and to just still be hungry afterwords. The food is fine but I can get full for less elsewhere. Anytime I do go here now is only when I get the 2 beef n chedders for $ 5 coupon. Love their arbys sauce too may I add!

Now I used to come to this Arby’s a lot more often when my relative worked in the area as a driver for one of the businesses in the area, but I last had this on 7÷1÷13. Not much had changed here. It was reasonably clean, the service was outstanding. Now I’m not one to gripe, but it seems the prices went up while the portions have gone down. Arby’s is not the cheapest place to eat as fast food goes, but for the money I expected more than I had gotten. I personally got a French Dip & Swiss combo with –what else– the ever-popular Curly Fries. Now, the roll used to be bigger, but it’s shrunken to about a quarter of it’s old diameter(radius?!). Sucked considering the price. Also they used to put this really tasty sauce on it which was soon relegated to regular Mayo. All in all it’s not bad, but if you’re on a budget stick with a place where you can get a decent meal for a low price. They do have a dollar menu, but you won’t get much food for the price. I’d still eat here, and recommend it. But just take into consideration that you may not get much food for what you pay out.

I love Arby’s. But the service here is SO freaking slow. What the freak? And why does the person operating the drive thru not speak clearly at all? I don’t understand mumbles. And the shake machine was down today… again! Argh!

If you want Arby’s this really is the only option in the SCV. Most of the time it’s A-OK, but tonight they served my kiddies mushy, brown apple slices. Not bueno. Don’t offer a healthy food option unless you’re able to keep up with the supply and throw away the rotting fruit. I’ll return because I love me some quick French Dips, but they better get their act together.

So I was wondering what to have for dinner on the drive home from work. After I got home I checked my mailbox and saw an ad for this place. It enticed me with it’s pretty pictures of tasty food, and coupons for the tasty food even cheaper than it regularly is. I realized that I’d lived right down the street from Arby’s for seven years, but had never actually been there. So I threw out the junk mail, and put the useful mail back in my mailbox for later retrieval, and walked down the street to Arby’s. I walked in and immediately needed a bathroom. The nice girl behind the counter pointed out where it was and I rushed to use it. They’ve got uni-sex bathrooms. That’s interesting. They’ve also got those stupid air-hand dryers. I swear, the last step in using those things is always«wipe hands on pants to completely dry» After using the facilities, I walked back to the counter and looked at my coupon advertisement. Two for five beef & cheddar, no coupon required. I flipped it over and saw a coupon for $ 1.99 jalapeño bites. I started to tear it out, and suddenly nice girl behind the counter busted out a pair of saftey scissors and cut it out neatly for me. She then handed the unused portion of the flyer back. That was nice. I pointed to the ad, and asked for the beef & cheddar sandwiches, the jalapeño bites and a small beverage. It was about ten dollars after tax. I barely had time to sit down before my number was called and I had to go back and get the tray. The sandwiches were oozing cheese, and the jalapeño bites were steaming hot. The iced tea was cold and tasty, and cooled off the molten lava-like cheese they had used to stuff the jalapeño bites with. I seriously need to remember to wait before eating those things. The jalapeño bites were tasty in horsey sauce, The sandwiches were also quite good. I finished my meal, and walked home. I’m glad I came here, I’m not really sure why I haven’t been to Arby’s in a long while. Their food is good, they’re price is comparable to the other fast food joints, and it’s within walking distance of my home. I’ll definitely be back. Good job Arby’s.

My husband and daughter BOTH got food poisoning after eating roast beef sandwiches. They puked and pooped for hours! Won’t eat there again.

Arby’s beef & cheddar what’s up? A no brainer… melted cheese oozing out of the bun, hot thin slices of slow cooked roast beef piled high. It really IS Good Mood Food!

Yep, it’s an Arby’s. Nothing special about the location or staff but I’ve gone here for years. I usually go with a chicken sandwich but I’ll get a roast beef sandwich from time to time. The curly fries are also quite good. Don’t forget to try a jamocha shake. Hey, it’s fast food, what are you expecting?

:(This makes me sad. I used to love this Arby’s. when I first moved here I loved how my house was next to an Arby’s. I went there all the time and loved it(except for parking in that tiny ass parking lot) until one day when I got my food, my sandwich didn’t taste quite right… then i looked and my roast beef was pink. I nearly threw up in my car and I haven’t had an Arby’s craving since.
